Yes ladies I lost 4 woopin pounds. I now only way 996lbs. and 16 to go. Lawrence found out that one of his fantasies did a spread in Playboy and he asked me if I would do a tasty spread for him. I had planned on the B photos before we got married. So I replied I would as a gift before our wedding and he looked at me smirked and raised the eyebrow.

Hey Gals, I went to the gym on Saturday and did 40 mins of weights and 35 mins of cardio, I know it should be the other way around, but I just wanted to go home so I ended my cardio early.

I am aiming to get to the gym 3 times this week and see my trainer 1 time. As soon as I hit the 2 months left mark I am going to see my trainer 2 times a week (hopefully, its just expensive).

Yay you guys......everyone is kicking butt! smile123.gif

I made it to my goal of working out 7 days straight this week! I feel great! I was totally posing in front of the mirror last night in my BD outfits...what a nerd. I'm not even that nervous about it anymore! I actually am looking forward to being in next to nothing......elefant.gif

So I did 7 straight days of cardio and weights except for Saturday when my parents were in town. My mom and I did spin class in the morning then went for a 3.6 mile hike in the olympic mountians....which was basically climbing straight up for an hour and 1/2! I was so sore yesterday I almost skipped the gym, but I knew I had to make it to my 7 day goal.

I havn't weighed myself...since I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I think I've probably lost around 5-7lbs or so...now down to about 117...want to be at 110 by the wedding; and 115 by BD picks next month. I'll let ya'll know how it goes!

I too struggle with the belly fat. (two kids didn't help any) I bought my first exercise dvd, kinda reminds me of a porno movie. The music and faces these girls make, it is was hard the first couple times cuz I was laughing too hard! I just did the tape for the 11th time (in 2 weeks) and I really am seeing results. The dvd is The Firm tough tape 2. I would recommend it if anyone was looking for a new workout at home.

I am ssssooooo jealous!!!

I haven't worked out since Tom left to go back to Iraq after his leave in March. aarrgghh!! I was doing so well, lost 15 pounds ... but it's starting to creep back up on me. I just lost my focus. But now I've got less than a month before Tom gets home for good, so I've GOT to get back on track. Hopefully I can use this thread as motivation...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
