Have you exercised today?

I have not posted here in a while, been busy. I went to the gym on Monday and did 30 mins weights and 40 mins cardio. I also went yesterday and did 30 mins of weights and 30 mins of cardio. I am planning on getting my butt there tomorrow night as well.

Yeah - I posted a vent about it. Basically, Dr.'s don't know what it is (they each tell me something different) but my lips craked/scabbed and swelled up. Then bumps spread to my nose. Then to my left eye. Now both eyes are swollen. And everything ITCHES! Best part? My BD pics are on Sat. I'm gonna look hot.

That is right. Im sorry. I thought they figured it out. Can it be something in your diet. Whey egg flour just trying to help. Did you chang eyour diet to holistic or organic foods to try and find out what it could be. I mean like when a baby is introduced to table foods they suggest one food for a week to see if there will be a reaction. Can you do a full body flush and begin introducing food back into your system one at a time?

 

Just a suggestion. Im sooo sorry that you have been this miserable for such a long time.

Kate, I'm sorry about your face issues, I can't believe its still getting worse! Are you going to re-schedule your bd pics?

 

Its been soooo humid here, its been difficult to work out hard, but I did take the dogs for an hour walk, two days this week, nothing crazy, but still got me moving.

 

I also bought a new workout video, its soooooo hard, but I love it!! Its called Amy Bento's Hi/Lo extreme, every bone & muscle in my body hurt after I did that, I think that was on monday.

 

I didn't work out today. I got a blister when I went for a walk the other day and I think its getting infected, it hurts to walk. I've been putting medicine on it, I'm hoping by morning I'll be able to work out. I think I might try the video again.

Kate....yikes! that sucks. I hope it gets better for your BD picks. I was so excited for you to get them done so you can tell me what to prepare for with Vicki. Keep me posted on how they go, or if you reschedule.

Quick thought.....I have mine booked for August 25th (saturday)....if you have to reschedule we could share the cost of Hotel 1000....hot damn it's expensive! That is, if you decide your face isn't quite camera ready.......might be a way to save 100+ bucks.

 

On the workout note.....I've gone 5 days in a row of heavy duty workouts...no less than 1.5 hours at the gym everyday. I think my booty has lifted about 2 inches....smile43.gif Yay! I can't seem to get my stomach flat though....any suggestions. I do tons of cardio, weights, lots of different ab exercises, but seem to never get a flat stomach. I tend to gain weight there first...not in my butt or thighs....so perhaps I'm just more aware of it. Do you think it's diet rather than exercisehuh.gif

My face is camera tolerable now so I'm going forward. I'll let you know how Vicki does. She's been super nice and responsive with the face updates I keep sending her. Yeah, that place is major bones, but I figured it is worth it for the cool look.

WTG on the workouts. As for the belly issue, it's probably diet. Also, try doing longer Cardio at a lower heart rate - like 60 minutes at 70 - 80% of your max heart rate.
