    Did abs and arms last night.

    Did the fat blaster (hour cardio) this morning.

    Will do abs and legs tonight.

      Worked out with my trainer for 30 minutes. He made me run around the building a few times. He ran along with me and kept on yelling it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound. Nothing like some motivation.

        That's awesome!! I've always wanted a PT but have never wanted to dish out the money. I tell my FI to push me because he's a working out machine but that doesn't always go well. It's too easy to tell FI to back off when you're feeling pissy than it is your PT = )

          At my local YMCA I did:
          one hour of Tai Chi
          one hour of Aerobox
          half hour of weights , treadmill, and elleptical machine
          one hour of funk aerobics.

          I'm ready for a nap. :)

            Ok, today I did a total conditioning class for 1hr 15min and it was hard everything was burning

              I did 55 minutes on the treadmill & 30 minutes of arm weights

                Great job ladies! I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the bike - then came home and had a big glass of wine!

                  Today was crazy and before I new it was dark. Only walked for 30 minutes. C'est la vie. I will try to be better tomorrow.

                  Went to the gym for the first time after the running training! it felt good! 30min eliptical, and upper body workout

                    Ok, so I tried out the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt video today..wow it kicked my ass!! literally...:) Tons of lunges though so my legs and butt are going to be killing me tomorrow.
