    Don't think I'm gonna be doing much today. It's my bf's birthday so not only are we going out for dinner & having cake, but it's our day off from the gym......
    Maybe I'll try to walk everywhere I have to go today so it's not such a terrible day!

        Did Pilates today for the first time on the machine....OMG. I'm not giving up, going back tomorrow, but i'm scared!

        That's awesome! I've never tried the pilates on the machines either...only the Windsor Pilates on dvd

        ran for 6km, sprints, and walked up 24 flights of stairs. The stairs weren't on purpose haha! when we got home the fire alarm had gone off, the elevators weren't working and the concierge didn't know how to turn them on again (i think he's new)....either way it was a good workout...my legs feel like they weigh 500lbs though

            I haven't worked out in the past 3 days because I have the flu I'm so afraid that I'll lose all my momentum now

                Wed: Did chest, triceps, shoulders & abs on the ball and leg lifts; Was so sunny outside we skipped cardio at the gym and went for long walk around our neighborhood (about 2.5 miles)

                  I'm doing boxing too! I can run/jog 3 miles easy, but whenever I do my boxing classes I sweat like a PIG!!!
