Hey ChrisBC, Â I didnt really looked at booking individually because I wanted to make sure that all of my guest were on the same flight as we are. You could probably figure out a way to coordinate all the guest, but I really didnt even think about it.... As for the meals, you have a certain number of guest that are included (depending on the package you pick), and then you have to pay extra for each additional guest. The guest still have the AI benefits. It was explained to me that you are paying for the additional servers and the wedding area set-up (ie. setting up chairs, decorations, tables, etc.).....

Hey, Â I had a somewhat similar situation, but with a bridesmaid. My BM decided to tell me when the deadline approached for the flight deposit that she was thinking about going back to school so she couldn't commit. She still wanted to be in my wedding party, but would have to wait until September to find out if she could come....we are getting married in November....a few days later I told her that it stressed me out too much... that I wanted her there, but I couldn't chance waiting and then finding out shes not coming. I'm pretty OCD with needing equal numbers of BM/GM. And I told her that everyone knew she was my first choice, so I couldn't wait until September and then find out shes not coming and then ask someone else....they would know that they were my "backup person" and I didn't want that. She was sad, but totally understood and decided that since she couldn't commit she would just step down.... Â I know its a crappy situation, and either way will be difficult, but I hope this helps!

Boo, Dont worry!! Im sure that things like this happen a lot. What did they tell you at your fitting? I'm sure that they will be able to bring it in no problem. They are professionals and do things like this all the time. I'm crossing my fingers for you!!! Ps. Definitely stressing out and trying to get things done in the next wk (ie. buy rings, order wedding favours, and finish up some sm details). I start a new job next week, so I want to have pretty much everything set and ready to go! Also getting nervous because they dont know I need a wk off in november!! lol...

How did you make them?? lol...too funny about wanting to wear the colour! I had my dress fitting today and brought one of the dresses with me so I could see it beside my dress!!

I'm only bringing down shot glasses and 5lb box of personalized m&m's....I'm just hoping for the best with the resort decoration....I think that I am going to put the m&m's in my checked luggage and the shot glasses are going to be divided amongst the BM's and parents. Oh, I also have fake flowers for myself and the BM's ... in case the resort doesn't have blue ones... mmmm.... hopefully they can fit in the luggage and not get flatted....

Hey  We arent doing the OOT bags....thought that shot glasses would be more fun! We ordered personalized shot glasses. Our colour is blue, so we got the taller shot glasses with blue in the bottom and then had our names, date and location engraved. I was totally being selfish here! I collect shot glasses whenever I travel so this was my reasoning! We are also going to be filling the shot with personalized m&m's.....two shades of blue and a pearl white....

Ya, I'm just kinda hoping for the best. Hopefully my guest will enjoy having the down time between the ceremony and the reception....and the all-inclusive bar area will always help!!

 Beverly sent me an email with all the wedding packages and then info forms. ie. names, parents names, date, what music you want played (walking down, first dance, etc.), a bunch of other details things.... Â

That is really mental!! Ps. I had the same issue with our pricing. It is currently listed at exactly what my group is paying....were is the discount?? annoying!!!

We are getting married November 24th! We will be there the 20-27! I can't wait! I will send Beverly yet another email to ask her about the flowers! Did you fax your forms/information package in or were you able to email them??

Having the 2hrs btw isnt too bad. By the time the ceremony is over and you have a few pictures its will be 5! Mine is set for 1pm and our dinner is at 6....that sux! Apparently there is another wedding at 430, so they said that I had to have an earlier ceremony...

Â As for flowers I was planning on bringing down some fake ones from Michaels. I want blue flowers and didnt notice any in the pictures, so I felt this was the safest bet!
