Congrats and Welcome to BDW. I'd suggest picking where in Mexico ie. Cancun, Riviera Maya, PVR etc. then you can start searching resorts in your price range in that location and go from there! Best of Luck in your Planning

I think it would be pretty too but it is a larger area and it might seem kind of big if there are only 30 or 40 people. That's just my opinion. I agree my reception will also be on the Pool Deck - I think it is a great location with the wood deck and the infinity pool with blue lights make a perfect backdrop and add to the ambience of the reception

If the spoilers are correct and Jake picks Vienna, I will freak out - he obviously isn't looking for 'wifey' material if he picks her, just some spoiled brat to spend all of his money on - definitely wayyyyyyy high maintenance!!! Maybe she will fall off the back of his motor bike or something.. we can only hope.

Don't know yet if fire dancers are in my budget (doubtful) but it's good to know! Thanks for confirming that this is a fairly standard dinner credit Ana is offering if you forgo the cocktail party. I'm going to be having a fairly big group as well so this is really going to help my bottom line! I'll have to email Ana and let her know I want to do this. As for the chair bows, if you bring your own do you know if Dreams will put them on the chairs for you? You mentioned that you could get your friends put them on (true), but it would be great if you could just give Ana your decorations and leave her and her crew to it! I'm definitely going to be buying chair bows from the website - $5 a chair is totally ridiculous! Why is renting something 5 times the price of buying it ? I KNOW! I do not get how they justify their rental prices at ALL!!! I suppose because they think brides will think it's easier to just have them do everything rather than do things themselves or have friends/family do it for them - not true in my case but.. I'm sure there are others out there that WILL pay the $5 per chair bow! It's like once you mention that the services are for a wedding the price is jacked up to be 50% more than usual.. argh.

Cut or not cut the dress?
kymkymkym replied to *HOLLY*'s topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
I prefer uncut, although the cut version almost gives a sense of a veil at the bottom creating a neat look but the uncut just looks more put together to me Very beautiful dress! -

You can get the cylinder vases from dollar tree! Oooh Neat are you going to use real flowers or fake ones underneath the candle?

They will also hold your cake for you in the kitchen so that you can have it out at your dinner, as long as you pick the site ahead of time. -I also recieved a file with the free boquet options if anyone would like to see them. Hopefully this helps! Thanks Chelsey! You answered a lot of my questions! I have not seen any pictures yet of a wedding at the gazebo - I'm also curious as to how it would look

I really like those beaded table runners...too bad they don't come in the color that I need! Ana just email me that the price of the centerpieces is $90 each. I have no idea what I am going to do about centerpieces! Does anyone know yet what you are doing for centerpieces? I think I might do vases or something filled with sand, some seashells, pillar candle and a ribbon of either pink or aqua around the base and maybe some tea lights in holders around the centerpiece (those battery powered ones) since it could be windy on the pool deck!!But I haven't really thought about centerpieces all that in depth.. that's just kind of a first thought and by the time the wedding comes around I will probably have changed my mind about 20 times over!!
