    Wow....have to agree with everyone else....very rude. Without a doubt, if it were me...there would be no invite to the wedding. None at all. Don't feel bad about it for a single minute.

Go to Diamond Prices: Diamond Jewelry Facts, Diamond Tools and Consumer Reports Forum and look at the list of vendors there under resources. You can also ask on the message boards there. In the meantime, you might want to take a look at Engagement Rings - Wedding Bands, Diamond Bracelets, Earrings & Loose Diamonds and The Ultimate Diamond Information Site - GoodOldGold.com and contact their customer service departments and see how much they charge to make the indents.

    This is a great thread. My initial reaction is that I do not want to have an AHR. I don't feel as though I have the time nor energy to plan TWO big parties. I plan to invite the people whom we most want to be with us to our wedding. If most can come...I don't feel the need to have a AHR. On the other hand...if many can't come....what to do? The FI's mother asked if we were going to do an AHR...:SIGH: Also....does anyone feel that once folks know that there will be an AHR that they try less hard to make it to the destination wedding?

    I have a vent...I am totally stressed out right now...we are in the process of negotiating our contract with the resort and it's been a LOT of back and forth. I am even more stressed out by the fact that in my mind, I want my wedding at this resort. On the other hand, I will not settle for just anything and put me or my guests in a bad spot. Just the thought of not having the wedding at the resort I want has me feeling a bit down right now. URGH!!! Thanks for listening....I just want this part done and over with!!

    So glad that I found this thread!! I have never in my life worn a weave. The only reason that I may consider it is because of ease of styling while away from home...plus...I LIVE in the water...no way will I not be poolside prior to the wedding. I am usually a wash and air/dry girl on vacation. Might be a silly question....but what type of hair is best if I would like to swim in it? Thanks.

    Hi, I am looking for a rather simple, classy and non-fussy Save the Date to send out. I saw one with a swaying palm tree, with a sand color background that I thought was gorgeous. Very simple and elegant. Would love something like that. I am open to anything..I just want it to be non-fussy. Does anyone have any suggestions of websites that sell these types of STD invites? I have looked at Vistaprint, but I am not very handy. I think I would rather order my STD's. Thanks.

    I'm doing a ceremony on the beach and my reception on the grounds nearby....I had some of the same concerns as you. I think that this is a happy medium.

    I LOVE the Bahamas...more than Jamaica....but as I am sure most will tell you...it's about preference. There is plenty of night-life in the Bahamas.
