One of my best friends does my hair, owns his own salon and I completely trust him with my hair. He completely recommends the Keratin over the blowout. I'm not sure if there are different types of Keratin systems, but I do know the one he uses and loves is by Coppola - http://www.keratincomplex.com/. I am not thrilled with the 3 days of downtime, but he swears this is the better option and won't even use the brazilian blowout system. I was scheduled to have the Keratin done a couple of weeks ago but had to reschedule due to conflicts, but I'm going to reschedule with him in the next few weeks. Once I have it done myself, I'll let you know what I think!

I think they both look fabulous and you can't go wrong with either one, but I think you need to follow your heart and go for the OMG wow factor!!

I would definitely start by reading reviews from other brides that have visited the resorts you are considering. There are so many variables to consider including how many people will be attending, the type of experience you are looking for, as well as the age range of the guests you'll be inviting (i.e. will it be adults only, or do you need a family friendly resort). You may also want to consider how easily accessible the location is. You may find the perfect resort, but what if airfare is ridiculously expensive or no direct flights are available ...I don't know how important those factors are for you. I'd also recommend using a reputable TA as they can definitely assist in answering your questions and helping you find the right fit within your budget. Good luck with your research

I agree with what MrsJ said...having a great TA helps tons!! The answers you get from the WC's vary so widely, but if you have a reputable TA, they can def help answer your questions and guide you thru the decision making process based on your specific wants and needs. I have an amazing TA and wouldn't have it any other way!!

We are going with the BB package since none of their packages really match our colors, so yes, we will bringing some of our own decor (I should say *I* instead of *we* since FI could care less about decor, lol). I'm not sure exactly what we are bringing yet, but I'm thinking some real touch flowers for the tables or the cermeony, and maybe some candles for the dinner tables as well. And I'd like fuchsia bows for the chairs during the cermony as well. Other than that, I'm not sure......

You are correct about a good TA getting info first I know my TA sent me the new floral catalog for Beaches T&C a few weeks ago and I don't even know if it's been released at all yet to the public. I love my TA

I voted for T&C for a few reasons. While I have never been to T&C, I do know many people that have been there, and absolutely loved it, and it's also where we are getting married :love: Also...I have been to the other 2 islands and while both were very pretty, neither had the wow factor that I want for my wedding. If I had to choose, I would select Antigua over Grand Cayman. Don't get me wrong....Cayman is beautiful...and I would def travel there again (have been there 3 or 4 times and to Antigua twice) so I really don't think you can wrong with any of them, but my vote is still for T&C

LOVE your dress and the BM dresses as well!! The dress looks amazing on you!! Of course I may be biased on the BM dresses since my colors are also fuchsia and orange as well, lol!! But I really think the ruffles and the corset backs do compliment each other. Congrats!! May 5th is an awesome day for a wedding :)
