Hi Latrice...You can take them on the plane. They are not a prohibited item. If you have matches that go with them, they will not be allowed in the cabin of the aircraft. Only 1 pack of safety matches is allowed and no matches are allowed under the plane... If you have any questions PM me. I'm from the government, I'm here to help. LOL

Thanks for the info Erin! It really isn't scrap metal though - I had someone locally offer me $650 to supposedly use it as scrap platinum... I am going to re-list it on eBay if no one here is interested. I had it up last week and a lot of folks were watching it, but no bids... the economy is not helping... I am putting a lot of stuff on eBay to try and fund this wedding...LOL
