I plan to buy a different dress for TTD - - I'm not wearing my dress for our AHR, but I kinda want to save my real dress - it is sooo pretty and maybe will pass it on to my daughter one day - who knows... I wish I had at least a piece of my Mom's dress but she didn't have one - so maybe my daughter (if I get to have one) would appreciate having a piece of mine too? I don't know. But I definitely want to do TTD, I would totally regret NOT doing it. My Mom thinks it is totally cool and FI is willing to do whatever I want where the wedding is concerned. LOL I think I am the most excited about TTD and riding horses on the beach in Jamaica! LOL BTW I have seen a lot of reasonably priced dresses on eBay. That is where I am looking. $50 + free shipping on some! Good luck!!

We are doing the regular OOT bags for everyone (approx 20) & then for the reception we are doing small photo album favors & jordan almonds in a little bag. FI said he won't marry me unless we have jordan almonds. LOL

I have about 20 people and totally don't know what to do either. I am trying to find out what is going on at the resort when we are there... I guess I will e-mail the WC. They have a beach party on Sat nights I think... We're having 4pm wedding...then photos - not sure if I'll do "cocktail hour" with food & all - - or just get drinks from the bar for free before dinner... Then dinner - - and then? I was considering poolside reception, but the $$$...is it worth it for 20 people or will we have just as good a time at one of the bars. The only part of the "traditional" reception we wanted was a "first dance" and not sure how we will do that... So many decisions!! :-) Hugs!

It's my understanding it is always slower thru Hurricane season..which runs from June 1 to November 30th... which is why we bought travel insurance..(fingers crossed we don't need it!).

Ha! This is so funny. I hadn't thought of this... but now I will have to go and look... I don't expect much to be purchased off our registry - we weren't even going to register but people kept asking where are we registered etc etc and were truly upset we weren't. We said "No gifts" but... Have fun!
