I looked by myself first. I went to the BCBG store and White House | Black Market. Found great dresses at both. I went into Jessica McClintock, was with my fiance killing time at the mall and he actually picked out my dress.

My colors are aqua, black and white. It's made everything look a bit classier than I really wanted, but it definitely works well together. If I'd thought about it before hand, I would have chosen brighter colors.

We're just giving the parents photo albums with photos in it. I found the perfect one at Joann's - it's our color blue, and has a black and white design on it. My parents are both leaving before us and his dad won't be able to be there. So it'll be good for them

9:45 am - Monday June 29. Working up motivation to do laundry, dishes, vacuum, and pack for vacation.

I've lost 1 lb so far from working out. I was doing alot of running around my apt. complex, but it's simply tooooo hot out now. I hate going to the complex gym - little kids always running around, people walking through to go to the pools and bathroom...they have a crappy set up, but it looks like I'm gonna have to get over it. LOL

Neither Dave or I have been to St. Thomas, but he looked into going for a vacation years ago and always wanted to go there. I suppose if he hadn't had an opinion on where we should get married, we would have gotten married in Acapulco, which 2 of my bridesmaids and I have been to.

Ours is. We wouldn't be able to afford both if we hadn't. We're spending 8 or 9 days in St. Thomas and I doubt anyone will still be around on our last few days anyhow, so I'm not too worried about friends and family being around.

Last year, in Tennessee, it was ruled that a ring, no matter when it is given (like holidays or such), it is received on the contingency of marriage. If the man breaks it off, it remains the womans. If the woman breaks it off, it belongs to the man. It legally becomes a gift when you are married, and then belongs to the woman no matter what. The exceptions are only if the ring was purchased by the woman for herself, or if the ring was already owned by the woman (heirloom or such). A lady got an engagement ring as a gift for Christmas and wanted to keep it when she called it off. The man sued and won. So that's when they created the law. It was big news down here for weeks.

I'm paying for my bm's dresses - Black Women's & Men's Clothes: Plus Size, Maternity, Baby & Kid's Clothing | Old Navy and I bought their shoes - flip flops from the $1 Old Navy sale. So for all 3 it was less than $55 including tax. They all have simple diamond necklaces so I told them to wear that as their necklace, and all 3 have diamond studs that they're wearing. If they want hair and make up done it's on them, I'm doing my own. Their gift from me is either 1 night in the hotel or the palm tree necklace from Tiffany. Their choice.

Haha, thanks ladies! He didn't reply, forwarded it to his personal email and printed a copy of it to stick in my filing cabinet with all the other random stuff from her.

Ugh. I just got on the scale and I gained 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks....my fiance brought home a cake and peanut butter cookies from a fantastic bakery for my birthday last week in addition to the great food and alcohol celebrating with my friends.

Well, none of her antics have ever made me cry. I've done lots of laughing though! Only once have I done anything else and that was when steam was coming out of my ears like in a cartoon!

So Dave just got an email from his ex wife at his work email saying "So I hear you're marrying the whore you left me for. I hope you're completely miserable you " They separated over 2 years ago. He and I have only been together for a year and 10 months. It was mutual, they both wanted it and she's seen, well lots of men since him... I think she's drunk...
