    Hmmm, I don't know about that one. I personally think shorts are a bit too casual. I realize it's on the beach, but it is still a wedding. I feel like there should be some type of formality, especially if you are wearing a long dress. Ultimately, it's *your* wedding, and you know what look you want in your pictures. If you're okay with it, then that's all that matters!

    I received about 300 images from the wedding and TTD. But, I was very unhappy with my photog, and was missing SO many key shots. I feel like for a wedding that started at 5:30 and carried on way past midnight (it was New Years Eve), with pre-wedding and TTD I should have gotten many more. Although, they weren't all that great, so I don't know what I would have done with more, LOL!

    Like several of the other girls said, I take mine off when dealing with messy foods (meatloaf, etc.), and also swimming. Your fingers will "shrink" in the water and I don't want to take the chance of them falling to the bottom of the ocean/lake/pool, whatever. Also, if I'm going somewhere that it might be not be a good thing to have a big diamond on your finger (for safety concerns), I will take off the e-ring and just wear the band. Other than those times, I pretty much never take them off.

    Shadow, honestly I don't think anyone would notice/care anyway. But you know your family... My MOH and I had bouquets. That's it. DH and his BM were supposed to have bouts, but the WC forgot them in her room. I didn't even notice until late in the evening. No corsages for the mothers.

It is your responsibility to get the info of the bride on the list after you, and send the starfish and journal on in a timely manner.

    If you do a search, there are several threads addressing shoes... I personally wore heels. My WC put plywood down under the sand, so I did not sink. If you don't have the ability to do that, i would skip the heels and go for wedges or something similar.

    Mine is for his bday in Oct! If you can't make Sept, I say def try for another time. Your FI will love it! We decided to do the shoot after planning the trip.
