I don't know if anyone has been on the Dreams Cancun website lately, but they are currently offering two promotions. Both offers include free stays - 1) every 12th person stays free 2) one complimentary room for every 15 rooms booked . I am a little upset that they don't offer this to brides based on number of people booked. My guests alone are bringing more than $50k to the resort the week of the wedding, not to mention the additional revenue from our wedding. I am definitely going to contact the resort and fight for this. Why shouldn't the bride and groom get a little extra for bringing all this business that Dreams normally wouldn't get? Most resorts offer a free room to the bride and groom with a minimum number of guests booked. What is $3k to them when they are getting over $60k? Just thought I would let everyone know in case you want to use it as a bartering tool.

It is always a struggle to get a response from Dreams. The wedding coordinators are totally over worked and have weddings almost every day. I found that when I was ready to discuss details, it was just easiest to call. I am sure you could call the hotel and asked to be transferred to Claudia. My wedding coordinator is Cecilia and I have her number. Not sure if that would help if you are working with Claudia. Here's the main number: +52 (99 8 48 70 00. They will transfer you to Claudia's extension.

Cecilia is my wedding coordinator. There are only a couple of them for Dreams Cancun and they are totally overworked. Now that another Dreams is opening, I believe they are sharing the two Dreams Cancun corrdinators as well so things will probably only get worse. It takes a long time for them to reply, but they usually do and most brides on this forum say not to stress because they are professionals and everything comes together. I actually ended up calling her and it was easier than email.

Is anyone getting married at Dreams Cancun the first week of November?

Hi girls! I have seen that a couple people on this forum have done lingerie photo shoots and had a photo book made for their hubby's as a weddign gift. I live in the Boston area and was wondering if anyone has a referral for a BD session. I would love to hear about your experiences and will hopefully work up the courage to do it myself. Thanks!
