Without Question you have totally gone above and beyond for your guest. Anything else you choose to include is totally up to you and you guest should be totally appreciative of what you give them.

I'm planning a wedding at Excellence Playa Mujeres, about 30mins from Cancun. As I sit and think about planning and Itinerary I'm overwhelmed with what type of activities I should make avalible for my guest. I dont want to plan our there vacation for them but I would like to have a few group options for individuals who want to do things together. My bridesmaids are ready to help I just dont want to bite off more then I can chew and I really dont want to pay anyone to do a task I can complete myself.

I'm contemplating making my own DIY boarding passes for my invitations. I have been playing with about 4 different designs. I need at last 115 of them. I was wonder from all the brides who have created your own boarding pass Invite or STD where they extremely time consuming or stressful to complete. I already know I don’t handle stress well and although I have about 5 months to work on them. I don't need any added stress. So please let me know if you have done them yourself and If you found the process the least bit stressful?

Your in a tough spot. How many people will be at both weddings? Is there a chance that people will remember that you have the same dress? Here's another perspective for you. Personally I would totally tell my friend to keep the dress she fell in love with and for you do the same. If you two both have the same dress and are ok with that idea then that should be just fine with everyone else. Go with what makes you both happy if you both fell in love with the same dress and dont have a problem with having the same one then dont worry about it. A few people may notice if you have some of the same guest at both weddings but im sure that if your cool about it if someone says anything about it it should be a dead issue with anyone else. It really all comes down to confidence and how you present the situation. If you brush it off then everyone else will too. Share the funny story if any one notices and asks about it.

My budget is about $12,000 not including our honeymoon. Destination weddings are less expensive then traditonal weddings, But the more guest you expect the higher the cost. So remember when your inviting guest the more you have the more money you spend on things like reception and guest passes, oot bags things you dont think about when your idea of a destination wedding is eloping or and extremly small low key wedding of 10 or so.

Where do you get wedding insurance? I have travel insurance but where would I go to find such a thing?
