FI and I are going to a different resort 30 minutes south for our honeymoon. It's an adult-only resort that we've been to before and we loved it. Only a couple family/friends know which one it is. I don't want anyone to kill the honeymoon buzz!!

My vent Two people got laid off this week in my office. Can't say much about details, but they're restructuring my department across North America in my workplace. Part of me feels tremendous 'survivor guilt' because I was spared. I know I can't control what the company does, but one of them was a single mom. You might be able to find an easy DIY kit at your local craft store. I'm not crafty either but if I was, that would be the first place I'd look.

Here is the legal requirements for a civil marriage at this resort in PV. It is quite reasonable. I was expecting the blood test ($700 pesos), and it only costs $17.50 USD per person to translate the birth certificate. We only have to bring the BC to Mexico with us. Now I'm not sure WHY the civil requirements are so different, perhaps it varies within the different (Mexican equivalent of) provinces or states.
