  1. OK May as well add me to the list if u dont mind. Better yet is there a way to just post it on this thread
  2. Did Claudia at Dreams talk to you at all about their vendor policy or obtaining credits for unused items in their packages? If so, can you share any information you have. Thanks so much!!
  3. Great Review!! Make sure you post your TTD pics ASAP!!! We'd all love to see them!
  4. If you will be there and back before the expiration then you shouldnt have to renew it. However, to give you peace of mind, you still have plenty of time to send it in now to have it renewed. I think the renewal process is much shorter than applying for a brand new passport.
  5. Welcome to the forum...you will find tons of stuff on the DR here!!
  6. If you report it, let me know what the police say. I am interested to hear.
  7. I gotta say, dont file with the police. They will not investigate this. They have no evidence to go off of, no proof of anyone who did it, no independent witnesses, and no proof that the bird didnt just fly in there itself. It would be a waste of your time and theirs. The charge would be disorderly conduct at best. If you wanted to press the issue, you could call the postal inspector in your area, but they probably wont be much help either. I have just accepted the fact that some people are jerks and just try to get a rise out of someone. Keep an eye out for suspicious people or kids in your area, and if you see something out of the ordinary, then call the police.
  8. Well, I hope I can put some ease to your mind....I have had birds get into my mail box. They always get out somehow, but it has happened. My best guess is that the bird got in and had an injured leg or wing or something, so it couldnt get out. It them probably dies because of the heat. Its probably warmer in the enclosed mail box than it is outside.

What you liked and maybe what you would have done differently. Thanks everyone! Remeber, they sell "Under Table Lighting" for I think 25 bucks each table. Based on some pictures I have seen, the lights are relatively bright and it shouldnt be too dark during dinner.
  10. Welcome to the site man! Dont feel bad, I am a groom too, but we both use this site jointly. I just figured I'd try to do the most research and planning possible to lessen the stress on her. Enjoy and you will fint a ton of stuff on here!!
  11. I dont know, I'd feel kind of odd tipping 5 bucks when I am spending 3000 on pictures hahahahahahaha Maybe Ill leave the tipping up to the parents
  12. We had the same problem...we are only going to have about 20 people...and I dont really trust having their Dreams' gardening staff signing as my witnesses or doing out photography. In fact, we dont even want the meal that comes with the Ultimate package...we just want a basic dinner...something that everyone will eat. It is best to just price everything out. Im half tempted to tell my guests that if they want coctail hour or any alcohol during dinner, to go to one of the bars and get their drinks for free!!! But then again, we are trying to plan a 5 star wedding on a 1 star budget.
  13. OMG!!! Everything looks awesome!!! I WANT MORE I WANT MORE!!!!
  14. Wow...those pictures look amazing. It is so modern and new. How beautiful. I hear a lot of vendors are boycotting Karisma resorts because they charge an "outside vendor fee" for people like photographers and DJ's. Does anyone know anything about this??
  15. Thats the main thing...eat what you like to eat, but do it in moderation. Take 1 or 2 cheat days a week. Hot Dogs and Mac O' Cheese is ok for you...IN MODERATION. And God knows I love my dogs and mac o cheese!!!!! hahaha
  16. Is anyone going to be tipping the photographer? I was thinking about it until I saw the rediculous amounts of money they are charging.
  17. ...and dont be scared of the name "bodybuilding." They have lots of great stuff on that site and taking a Fat Loss Stack will not make you look like some of those ogres!!! hahaha But those products work well and bodybuilding.com stands behind their products and service.
  18. Ahh...OK, after reading all of these posts, I am truely concerned about all of you. Some of the things you are doing to your body are extremely unhealthy. BLKLADYLAW said she takes in 800-1300 calories a day. I feel bad for you girl...that is not enough to feed a squirrel. You're starving yourself. I just dont want you to gain it back because you are depriving yourself of your favorite foods. The minimum number of calories intaken a day should be at least 1800. That will give you the basic vitamins and minerals needed to keep a healthy metabolism. Also, each and every person on a diet and exercising should be taking a multivitamin DAILY!!! Take it every morning with your breakfast, or shortly before you work out. Speaking of which, if you are not a breakfast eater, you need to start. Find a way to get it down your throat. That may be the #1 best way I have ever seen to jumpstart your metabolism. Exercise is almost over rated because people think they have to do a crazy amount of cardio in order to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is to get that metabolism up. Your metabolism burns 2000-4000 calories per day (depending on your lifestyle.) Sure, exercise is good and exercise also keeps your metabolism high. Eat every 3 hours. Snack on a yogurt, or an apple, or carrot sticks, or a PB sandwich with 1 piece of bread. The last bit of advise I have is to walk, dont run. Studies have shown that when you are at 50-65% of your max heart rate, you burn about 75% fat and 25% sugars. When you run or sprint, your heartrate reaches 75-95% of your max heart rate. At that heart rate, you're burning about 75-85% sugars and 15-25% fat. So, if you are looking to drop weight (from fat,) walk it off. I see some methods on here that people are using and you are losing weight...but its all muscle weight that you are losing. If you are rapidly losing weight, you should include some sort of weight training (however moderate) into your exercise regime. Do a bunch of bicep curls to get that definition back, as well as lunges and squads to firm up that booty. And the last piece of insight I have is to not expect that you can take any kind of pill, or use any kind of diet, and think that you are going to lose your belly weight first. You will lose weight from all parts of your body. If your belly was the first to have added weight, then your hips, then your theighs, then your butt, then your chin (etc. etc,) then you will lose it in the reverse order. Chin, then butt, then theighs, then hips, then belly. Oh yeah, when you exercise, you sleep better. Studies have also shown that sleep actually aids in the weight loss process. If you are looking for an appetite suppressant, anything with "Hoodia" in it works great. Its about the only substance that has been proven to supress your appetite. The "Basic Fat Loss Stack" at Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site. costs about $55.00 There are 4 bottles of pills, and they last about 1 month. This combined with PROPER diet and exercise will work great. If anyone has any questions, feel free and PM me. I have a wealth of knowledge on this subject.

How much did they give you for your photographer? (if you dont mind me asking) Everything boils down to money!
  20. Also, I read on another thread that Dreams Tulum charges an extra 300 bucks to have the beach wedding as opposed to using the gazebo. I dont know if Dreams Cancun charges the same thing. Can anyone shed some light on that?
  21. OK, so in regards to Dreams Cancun, they do or dont charge an extra 300 bucks? I would think that if they did it at one Dreams, they would do it at all of them. If anyone knows, let us know please. Also, if anyone has had any experience with choosing a package at Dreams Cancun and not wanting some of the options, do they allow you to replace certain options with others. For instance, if you dont want your hair style done there, will they allow you to skip that and add a few extra photo's from the photographer. Something like that
