    Our lady is WONDERFUL! She has been with us for 2 years. She charges us $100 (I pay her $125) for 4000 sq. ft. She also helps me do the extra stuff like folds/puts away the laundry, helps me cook when I have a big party, etc.... she even walks my dog when she is here. I love her and couldn't live without her and her husband!

    We have been together for almost 4 1/2 years before we got engaged (that is why I owuldn't let him push the wedding out beyond one year)

    Where did you find the grass paper. This invite is fantastic and has the same feel as the one I decide to try and "knock off" from Encore Studios. I need to find the paper though, any ideas?

    My wedding is in 9 mos and I ordered this week. They told me 6-7 mos at all 4 stores I looked plus 1-2 months for alterations, so....I ordered right away as that equals 7-9 mos total time.

    I think so How is this company priced comparitively? Thanks so much...wasn't sure where to start. Also, does anyone know where to get that bamboo or grass paper backing that goes behind the envelopment?

    Funny, I think it looks better on as well as I have curves As soon as my girlfriend fixes the "dressing room" color hue to the pics I will post on the me vs the model thread. Then again....maybe I don't want to see them side by side

    After spending 3 days around town looking at invites and realizing the ones i want were about $1500, I decided to DIY them. Does anyone know where to get the metalic pockets for invites at a good price (either on the internet or in ORange County, CA)? Thanks

    Sorry all, I posted the pics on the wedding dress sticky thread as I didn't know if i was supposed to post in 2 locations. So, colors are Mexican Blues: The teal/turquoise color with a bright blue and a yellowish green. Here is the dress

    I am having them put down planks so I can wear shoes for the ceremony. I will buy tall platform flip flops for taking pics on the sand and then put my shoes back on for the reception.

    Ahhh, I posted the dress last night to the dress thread as I wasn't sure I was supposed to du multiple places. I am going with the Mexican bright Blue tones, so: a turquisish, a lime'ish, and a blue'ish....sounds odd, but look really pretty together and keep the flaire of MX in it. I found the fans, for those of you looking on Wedding Favors, Unique Wedding Favors, Party Favors by Favors and Flowers. They are a bit darker, but pretty.

    I spoke with FH on this issue as I never thought of getting married here first before I saw this forum. We both agreed to do one day only and in Mexico, I am hoping no one had any issues of this being legalized here...my friends got married in ZIH 4 years ago and it wasn't an issue so we are going to go with it.

    WOW...mom came for a week and we were BUSY! The dress/veil were bought on Saturday, so excited! We spent all day today in paper stores browsing inviations and undecided due to unsure on colors. So, I went to a scrapbooking store and bought blocks of paper in colors I/we like and brought them home to FH and he chose the same 3 I loved....now we are all set to actually "PLAN" the wedding! YEAH! I cannot believe I have to wait 7 months for my dress...that is insane...just hoping I don't change my mind! I didn't work this week and I feel like I need a vacation! Mom goes back to ID tomorrow...very sad...

    There is this great how to on Martha Stewart to DIY. We did not have the time so I ordered them (spent too much), but they ahve already shipped and will be here this week. At least I have more time to look, review, and DIY if needed for the actual invitations. I am very excited about these however.

    I have Pave all around my E Ring band as well. It feels mostly smooth to the touch but for for the first few weeks I wore it, it really bothered me. I got used to mine after week two. Now I don't notice it at all. I would think as long as they are not sticking out too much it will be fine.

    Our friends that live in Cabo flew in a Photographer from San Diego and we are using the same: Luna Photo. They do amazing photojournalist stuff that is very artsie...
