  1. Thanks for sharing. Those really add a unique and festive touch to any wedding!
  2. Vibrant and realistic! Now you have a forever keepsake
  3. So, the only thing that I have left pending is FLOWERS. I have NOT secured a vendor, nor do I have a bouquet, bouts or flowers for the reception..... Any florists that come highly recommended by the BDW forum that are good and budget friendly? IF not, is there a flower mart that I can buy bulk and just DIY?
  4. My fiance and I are getting married at Our Lady of Guadalupe and I want to hear from past and/or current brides. I have read posts stating that its very noisy which impacted their ceremony and that it gets really hot. Any tips? Any suggestions or things that you wish you would have done differently?
  5. Hello girls - for any of you who have flown Alaskan and carried on your dress, did you have any fees? Did you encounter any issues with space? Any advice would be helpful. My wedding is ~ 100 days away and I want to make sure I cover all my bases. I'm getting a bit nervous about all the details
  6. The pictures look amazing - I loved the series of you coming down the stairs and your hubby hiding. It truly captured the moment right before you see each other. The BM dresses are gorgeous and vibrant. Congrats!
  7. We are off the Las Vegas (me + 12 girls) this month. I have chosen to stay out of the loop, as I want the whole weekend to be a surprise
  8. I have given my BMs 2 gift bags (see my bridal shower BM gift post) and I paid for their dresses.
  9. Congrats you are a MRS!! Everything looks so great - I can't wait to see pro pics!
  10. Thanks so much for all the words of wisdom. I think that as being a bride, your ideal is to have everything "perfect!" I really hope I get over this hump!!! Today was better....I will try and wrap my hands around the details and take it day by day
  11. So, I am approximately ~ 150 days until the big day and I had my first break down yesterday. I totally picked every item apart and started to second guess myself and my choices. NOT my fiance or getting married!! I have been second guessing all the decisions I have made so far - my dress, my flowers, my reception dinner........ Is this normal?
  12. Take this time to reflect on your future commitment. My fiance and I did a 1-day intensive Catholic retreat and it was THE BEST thing we did! It helped us to identify our "problem" areas and how to correctly address them. It taught us conflict resolution and it was worth the money! I highly recommend it to anyone! Good luck
  13. Thanks for the tip - I will definitely check out Rhythms. Great option for our group outing.
