  1. Congratulations! The house is beautiful. I love the floors and the kitchen. The backyard is great as well! It doesn't look small though and when you are buying your first house it is just so exciting. I thought I was going to bust my guts when I bought my first house a few years ago. Very exciting time.

  4. Today is my last day and low and behold...I left my lunch bag in the utility room. Didn't notice until I got ready to get out of the car at work. Now I'm pissed. So now I have not breakfast or lunch. We do have a huge cafeteria/restaurant on-site. So I am able to go and get veggies only. It just sucks that now I have to buy my lunch. Can't believe I did this on the last day. Guess I will be drinking a ton of water and coffee to get me to lunch!! I didn't lose any weight, but then I'm not surprised. I was trying to lose the 5-8lbs that I gained while I was out of work (for 6 months) and eating a ton of junk. However, this diet has taught me better self control which I seemed to have lost for a while. So I will do a variation of the diet since I have so much soup left and hopefully in two weeks I will be where I want to be. For everyone just starting I really do think it's a good diet. Because you are eating veggies, fruits, proteins and healthy carbs. This will definitely get you on the right track for changing your lifestyle in regards to eating more healthy and making better decisions. IMHO! Good luck ladies!

I'm almost at my breaking point with this diet, in all honesty. I'm just having cravings for so many things, not even bad things, I would just like a bowl of freakin cereal! Or a salad with a little bit of dressing! Anything besides soup! I'm going to try to get through today and stay on track, I have my daughters dance recital again today so that will eat up a lot of my afternoon. I had a steak for breakfast yesterday and it was good (I don't even usually it beef). But, I think it was because I ate it after getting up at 6:30am, taking my dogs for a 2 mile walk/run and then mowing, weeding, edging my lawn and running to Lowes for gloves. So by the time I ate at 10am I probably could have eaten anything!! But, I was having cravings and broke down and ate 8 small grapes!! Couldn't help it. I don't usually have much appetite in the morning. FI said F* it and had a banana and then some celery and carrots. I think we're going to do chicken today instead of steak... FI has been DYING for a bowl of cereal...we actually talked about after this week, modefing it and maybe doing a bowl of cereal for breakfast, Soup for luch, and Soup with a Heatly (mostly veggie) dinner. The couple of lbs I gained yesterday, I lost again...so I'm back down 11 lbs...FI is down 12 I did beef for breakfast yesterday and ground turkey with salsa the rest of the day. I hope the salsa was okay cause I can't just eat regular tomatoes for some reason. It actually wasn't bad. I made so much soup that I won't have any choice but to continue the diet with a little variation. Protein shake for breakfast an turkey breast cutlet with soup for lunch and dinner. I used frozen veggies too and also made mine too hot. And I added to the entire batch. I only had a bag of frozen spinach in the freezer so I added that to it and even though it's still spicy it's tolerable now. Unfortunately, now I have a ton of soup and my last day is suppose to be tomorrow. Oh well!!
  20. Didn't realize that was the finale either. Everyone's weight loss was great! I was very surprised by Deenie as well. Wonder why it was so short. Oh well.

I haven't tried the powders. Maybe I should. I've done the chewables, teas, laxatives and enemas (sorry if TMI)! Nothing. Knowing that your dr. said it's ok if I've always been that way is good to hear. I do have the same problem as you in regards to my cycle and going. I actualy look forward to having it cause I know I will go everyday for four days! Quote: Originally Posted by STACEY Ok the Yogi tea worked!!! I would call it a sudden action. Wish I still had that problem when I drink it! Quote: Originally Posted by monicabrandon2008 Everyone is doing so good!!! I just got back from the gym and I am down 7lbs! My stomach is growling! Great job with the 7lbs loss. You must be completely stoked! Uumm your beef patties sound good. I will do that tomorrow for breakfast (will be day 5 for me)!

Around 6:30 I had some grilled asparagus, baked potato and soup. I saved 1/2 of my potato (because it was kind of dry), and put some soup on it - OMG it was DELICIOUS! However after I ate, I was so sick and bloated. I felt like I had to vomit. Needless to say I was in the bathroom the rest of the night. I am not sure what it was. My body usually handles the broccoli and cauliflower fine - I don't know but I still feel sick to my stomach. I can still feel it churning. I have been drinking water ever since. I brought my soup and some fruit with me today to work. I am going to season it with salt & pepper. I dont know if it was too much of the spicy seasonings - so I am going to go pretty bland today. I REALLY want to eat a piece of toast - but am trying to hold out. I got on the scale and lost 3 1/2 lbs since yesterday. NOW I KNOW WHY!!! LOL! Good luck today ladies! ~Celina I'm so sorry you are feeling bad. If you continue to feel that way I think you should eat a piece of whole wheat toast like Dez921714 suggested. That way it won't be too bad. You don't want to feel bad the entire day. Quote: Originally Posted by Dez921714 We've talked about making similar modifications and staying on it also. I just spoke to FI who was in such a graet mood. I asked why, he goes "I cheated" I asked if he cheated on the diet or on me LOL He goes on to tell me that he really didn't feel like tomatoes today, so when the guys went to get breakfast he got 2 pieces of fruit. I started laughing, I though he was going to tell me he got a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll...now THAT'S cheating! LOL That is hilarious that your FI cheated with fruit. Good for him. He should be very proud of himself regardless! I'm with you on the soup. I don't mind it either. However, last night I put a can of the HOT Rotel tomatoes and one can of regular. OMG...my mouth was burning up. I added an entire bag of frozen spinach to it. So I hope when I eat it today that will help it out. If not I will be dying at work and drinking a ton of water! I definitely think you should spread the beef out. There is no way you would digest 20oz of beef you eat at dinner before you go to bed. I can't imagine how one would feel. Uuuggh!
