I spoke with my DH about finding out the gender last night and we agreed either we both find out or we both wait. I told him about how I was feeling and hoped he wasn't too disppointed at the fact I didn't want to wait anymore. He was completely supportive and understood. So, now I'm back from the ultrasound appt and it's a....... BOY I can't believe it!! Everyone thought I was having a girl except for me. I kept having dreams of a baby and it was always a boy! DH and I are very happy!! Here are some pics:

I went for the firt time 2 years ago and I had such a great time! It was super hot though and I was totally dehydrated, so I don't think it would be a good idea to go preggor's this year Have lots of fun!

Ahhh, I'm so jealous! I want to see her soooo bad!! No one wanted to go with me if I purchased tickets None of my friends like her enough to pay for concert tickets and my hubby HATES her. He was the officer that took her youngest son away that infamous night she flipped out. She cussed out all the officers there and for that he hates her would not go with me to the concert! I read on MSN yesterday that she actually dresses up as a police officer at the concert for one of her songs, kind of reinacting and making fun of that night! I don't care what she's done, I love her music and she's so entertaining!

OMG, I FELT MY BABY RIGHT NOW! It's so strange, but I feel like light punches on my lower left side. I don't know if the baby is just moving around or actually just kicking or punching me, but it feels like I have a waterballoon in my stomach pushing against my body (if that makes any sense). Ahhh, it's such a cute little feeling!

Even though there are charges being made against Chris Brown, let's face it, he'll probably just get probation. It's unfortunate too because he has so many young men as fans and they will see that beating up a women and threatening her doesn't mean you will get jail time over it. When someone doesn't pay for their actions, it makes it seem as if the actions that were made are not that big of a deal. And that's upsetting because beating up a women (or anyone in general) is not ok!!

Apollo, our Great Dane, was a little over a year old when he started to pee with his leg up. The only reason for this, like everyone else said, is because he saw another dog pee that way so he began to do the same. But now, he mixes it up and squats sometimes too. I think it's because he's beginning to have back/hip problems and squating may just be easier for him, who knows?!

Jenny- You look AMAZING!!!! I love your veil, it looks so classic and romantic! I can not wait to see the rest of your pics! Great job, like usual, JM!

Have the WC maybe email you some sample bouquets that their florists have made so you can get an idea of what they can do.

My DH is getting our taxes done today and I'm mad I can't be there (I didn't get the day off). I was hoping to be there since it's our first time filing together. I'm super nervous we are going to owe $$ (my stomach is literally turning right now). As soon as we got married, we met with our accountant and she warned us we may end up having to owe because we climbed to a higher tax bracket, so I'm really hoping she was wrong So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed because the last thing we need right now is to owe thousands of $$..... What about everyone else? Are most of you waiting until the deadline to file?

That dress looks AMAZING on you!! I really like how that bustle compliments your dress. I wasn't a big fan of the french bustle but my dress looked best with that bustle over the rest and I loved it after that. I have to say though, I had eight bustles put into mine and it was sooo difficult for my mom and friends to remember how to tie everything up properly the day of the wedding. I think we got most of them tied, but it looked nothing like it did at the bridal shop. Either way, it doesn't really matter, no one noticed. So, go with what you want but your dress really does look beautiful with that bustle.

I thought I would revive this thread incase there are any Riu (Cancun area) brides out there that haven't read this. How are the wedding plans going for all of you?

Hey Kelly, I'm with you on the sneezing and peeing! I'm glad it's just not happening to me! I mentioned it to the NP and she said that it's not normal and maybe I'm drinking too much water?! But, I've heard a lot of pregnant women go through that so I'm not sure what's going on. I was planning on asking my doctor next time because now my husband just thinks I'm weird for peeing on myself and just laughs at me! I need to doc to reconfirm that this is part of the pregnancy so my DH can stop making fun of me!

Tlseege-That is such a great idea!! My DH and I decided not to find out the sex. But now that my big ultrasound is in 2 weeks, I'm starting to get a little sad about it. I just called DH to tell him what you are doing and he thought it was a cool idea too. I like it because you still get the element of surprise through most of the pregnancy and you still have time to buy gender specific items before the baby arrives. Now, we will have to go home and discuss this because I really like this idea! Tlseege and Bisha- Both your baby bumps are so cute!! I'm feeling really big and bloated right now for 16 wks, so I'll post a pic of my bump when I get home to compare to yours!

Hi ladies, I just had my 16 week appt and everything went well. I went from 117 pounds (last month) to 122 pounds. I don't know if that's good or bad, but nothing about my weight was mentioned, so I'll take that as good. We also heard the heart beat which averaged at 155 bpm. It took a while to find it, which had my DH and I stressing out! The baby was hanging out very low on my right side so it took a while to find. Other than measuring my stomach, that was it! What about everyone else, how are you all doing?
