Hey Joanne - I'm pretty sure most photographers on here would love to celebrate with you, but we're not allowed to solicit. I've been a couple of times and never noticed any bugs - I've only been in winter though. I say trash it! Once in a lifetime opportunity for unbelievable photos...course I'm in the industry...but not all photographers charge extra for a destination TTD, and if you trash your original, there is no need to spend extra $ on a 2nd dress. I think some of my favorite shots I've ever taken have come from TTD shoots. I've had many brides trash their actual wedding dress, and a few that get a 2nd dress just for the TTD. But, I'm still looking for a bride that will trash 2 dresses No matter what, you have to do a TTD - you'll always be thankful you did. The most amazing photos can come from the TTD session!

Welcome to the forum! If you're getting married outside of Australia, I'd vote Mexico! If you're concerned about the blood test, you can have a secret legal ceremony at home before the wedding abroad...lots of couples do it that way.
