Secondly, we are now a week away from starting. I am very excited but am looking for some advice. I can not exercise because of my back surgeries (doc just pulled me off physical therapy again and had another CT scan and MRI yesterday, woohoo). So...I am wondering if anyone knows what diet would work best for someone who can not exercise. I am thinking WW but am open for any suggestions??
