    We're also going Wed for our Saturday wedding. I want to get the wedding details out of the way on Thursday so we can relax and mingle with our guests on Friday.

    Morgan, don't worry too much about a few guests. If they decide to stay elsewhere, they should be responsible for paying the guest pass. I was going through the same thing when I was setting up the website, worrying if I have to pay for the guest passes. But Paul told me that we could not make everyone happy so don't stress over it. So I just spell it out on the website loud and clear that guest not staying at our resort will have to purchase a guest pass. So far no one has talked about staying elsewhere.

    Definitely recommend using a TA to plan your DW. It will save you a lot of $ and stress.

    That's how I feel sometimes too, that I haven't done much looking at what everyone else have done. But at least I have the date set, resort confirmed, dress bought, STD sent (sort of). Other than that, nada. I yet have to start all those DIY projects. Anyway, I took the easy way out on STD. I just sent everyone an email about the initial information then set up a wedding website with all the travel info. Take one thing at a time, they'll all come together...

    We will be doing a slideshow only too. I went to a good friend's wedding not too long ago they did slideshow and a short video, but not from babies to now. It will be neat if you can make it. Just talk to the WC to see if they can set up the equipment for you to play it. You can always play the DVD on your laptop.

    It is so hard to pick, they're both so beautiful. The first one, I love how the top looks on you. The second one, I like the simplicity yet still elegance and detail on the top. Without seeing the back of the second dress, I'll have to give the edge to the first one for now because the back is also so beautiful on you.
