wow - those are really cool! did you make the circles with a cutter? did they already come with the patterns? i love it! i think it is so unique and cool that you are getting married in Cuba!

that is tough - it really comes down to if you and FI are ok getting married without them all there - if you are, then keep moving forward and accept that maybe some will be able to make it and try not to 'expect' anyone to go. if you are not ok with it then you really need to re-consider their 'financial abilities'. we knew we wanted a destination wedding and did an inventory of who we considered critical to being there but couldn't afford to do it (even if they saved up they had higher priority expenses to pay down, etc) so we found a place where we could afford to pay for those people b/c them not being there was not an option for us and we knew that on their own we could not in good conscious 'force' the cost upon them. good luck and just make sure that you and FI stay on the same page and it will all work out!!!!!

Wow Shelley - I am sorry to hear that you got this news - i am still hopeful that the tests were inflated b/c of hormone levels. Also -how long have you been off of the Pill? It sometimes takes from 3 to 6 months for your hormones to regulate. And I, like a lot of the other girls personally know women who were told it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY or IMPOSSIBLE to ever have kids and got pregnant. I will be praying for both you and Heidi tonight.

this makes a great veggie dip and it really colorful for a mexican / spanish party *SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP* 32 ounces plain sour cream 1/2 cup fresh parsley sprigs 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves 1 jar Sun-Dried tomatoes (32 oz) packed in oil 8-10 cloves garlic Pat excess oil from tomatoes. In a food processor, chop garlic, parsley and basil until fine. Add tomatoes and blend until almost smooth. Add sour cream and more tomatoes as needed. Best if refrigerated over night.

FI and I are (finally!) finishing up our wedding website and I put a question in the FAQ section about dress code for the wedding ceremony / reception. We would like to ask our guests to consider wearing ALL BEIGE or TAN or NEUTRAL's. I don't want to sound like an asshole and am at a total loss - has anyone done this (all white or all tan or anything else)? How / What did you say? If you did this, did all of your guests actually wear the color? Thanks Girls!
