    Hi ladies!!! After checking out Loreta's amazing pics, I wandered over to Sol's blog. She just shot a wedding at Dreams Cancun!!!! You must check out all the pics. Jilly76...lots of pink roses. Also a few good shots of the Terrace area for cocktail hours/ receptions. For those of you who have never actually been to Dreams...you can see how beautiful the setting is.     Loreta your pics are absolutely AMAZING. Your wedding was gorgeous. You, your hubby, your BMs, the GM, the decor....Wow! I was also wondering about your flowers....I have been searching for the perfect bouquet...and I think I might have to copy you I also loved the floating candles. Were those fake petals as well? Congrats...you did an awesome job!

    What about putting a little blurb about it in your welcome letter/timeline? Maybe something like...5:00-6:00 Cocktail Hour (and make sure to get your polaroid taken and added to our guest book!) Even if only a couple of people remember....they will remind others, or others will see them, and pretty soon everyone will join in on the fun. Somone (DJ) could also "remind" guests to have their polaroid taken if they haven't already.

    I have also sent multiple pics of bouquet ideas (I just sent another today) and have yet to get any kind of response. I have also e-mailed twice asking for the name of the flower shop they work with...no response. I once e-mailed her and asked her if they work with one specific place whose website I noticed on some of the pics in the files she has sent us. She responded by saying "not anymore", but did not go on to say who they currently work with. I wonder if they (Dreams) does not want us to communicate directly, I 'm sure Dreams gets charged "x" dollars and then charges us "x + y".

    I must have missed this thread the first time around. Thanks for the info. I have very fine, limp hair (although it tends to get relatively "big" in the humidity). Are there any certain products you recommend? Thanks! My hair is an embarressment...you'd probably gag if you saw it! And I know I need to start taking if care of it...like yesterday...so it looks good come October. IKES!

    Welcome Corri. And congrats! I'm a Dreams Cancun bride, but I know there are other Dreams Tulum brides on the forum. I'm sure you'll find this site SUPER helpful. Post your engagement story when you get a chance...we never get tired of reading them!

    I think they look lovely! My only concern is (depending on the height), they may block the view for you guests. Maybe it's just me...but I know it drives me crazy when I'm at a wedding and I can't see the people seated across from me because of the centerpiece...kinda makes conversation hard.

    It's gorgeous, and such a good deal! I'm sure someone will want to snatch it up. I think it's a little wide for my ER...if it were just the pave set diamond, without the extra metal on the edges it would be perfect. Although it's tempting to have just as a seperate WB to wear when I don't want to have my ER (because I think I will soder everything together) Hmmm...

    Yeah tell us more! I have pave set diamonds around my center stone...so it may be a pretty good match. Do you have pics? Is it by a certain designer? Total carat weight? Cut? Clarity? Thanks!
