Has anyone received a product/price list from Zuniga or the other decor rental company? 9Also if you have one for JSAV aswell!) I emailed them but no response and I would like the get a sense of the pricing on a few items I want to rent.

Any past brides....I would be very interested to see a final list of all the spending and costs if you are willing to share! PM me and I will send you my email.

Hi Ladies,

 

For anyone using Ocean Photography, just thought I’d provide an update to my previous review (back in August, it was a lengthy review on BP and my wedding experience).

 

We were married August 10th at BP and we just received our photos in the mail yesterday. We understand it takes time to develop them and we didn’t have an issue with just now receiving the photos.

 

Positive Review:

 

The photos look really great and they are a great quality! We are really pleased with the photos and OP was great the day of the wedding.

 

Negative Review:

 

I had upgraded our photo package to the Deluxe and it came with a bunch of stuff (its listed in the weddings brochure BP provides). One thing the package did come with are two wedding books. I was really disappointed I was not included in the decision making over what photos would be included. I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be contacted to ask what photos I liked before they went to print. For example, the cover of one of the wedding books has my nieces tongue hanging out. I really don’t want that to be the cover.

 

I’ve emailed OP to ask what their policy is to get this fixed. Hopefully they can do something. Again, I’m not upset over the photos themselves or the quality just that I was consulted before they went to print.

So I'm trying to figure out what to do for favors. I should first state that we are taking as little as possible to Mexico. But, I'd like to do mini pinatas, filled with candy. I am certain there are places in Cancun to purchase the candy, but where? Ah Cacao has been the top of everyone's list, but it's chocolate and will probably melt inside the pinata. lol. Any ideas would be extremely appreciated!

 

Also, for any past brides out there... did you have any trouble with customs when bringing things for your welcome bags/favors through the airport?

I know there is a walmart in cancun. I've heard there is also a party store nearby the walmart. I think it's a shopping center wtith a bunch of stores. I don't know what type of autentic mexican candy you will be able to find at walmart, but I have heard they stock different products then the us walmarts, so that's worth a shot! Does anyone know if Beach Palace will waive the outside vendor fee for a photographer if they stay at the resort?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
