    I'll try to add another post with some attachments that the WC has sent me which might answer some questions for brides whose wedding date is too far out to have contact with a WC yet.

      Here are the catalogues of services, options and prices that my WC has sent me. I had chosen the Amber Package at first (before switching to the free package), so that's the only color package catalogue I have.

            Does anyone know anything about the Catholic ceremonies? I was just wondering if they were in Spanish and if they were about the same length of time as they are here...about an hour.

              What I was told when I booked my catholic wedding that it is in English and it is a full mass that will run close to an hour. Before I signed the contract these were things I had checked on so it should be correct.

                      -Is Bugambilia Gazebo available for my time on June 19, 2010: 5pm? I was thinking that it might be easier to have the ceremony here so that we don't have to get the buses...Everything is close to each other. Bugambilia Gazebo, Lake Terrace and Sunrise Ballroom. We already have a wedding at 6:00pm on this gazebo please let me check with the coordinator in charge of the wedding if she has an specific request .

                      2. Yes, the drink that my mother mentioned is for the cocktail hour.
                      We will need an IPOD Set up with Speakers for this event. Which package do you want for this? Do not worry about this. PSAV will be handling our Audio and my mother is working with them.

                      1. I would like the package AUX 4 for $220.00 for the welcome dinner and the cocktail hour. This includes the IPOD, correct? no only include the plug and you can connect your ipod . Same here, do not worry about this. PSAV will handle our audio.
                      Do you have pictures of the Sunrise Ballroom? I probably will only have 8-10 tables and that room seems really big. the jupiter is OK, for the number of people are not going to be my very tight, or will be empty spaces. Unfortunately, I only have this pictures.

                      03/16/2010- I would like to have a private event on Thursday, 5:30 pm at the Arrefices (the Brazillan) restaurant. Please reserve for 30 people. It is for a birthday party. I would also like to have a cake. Unfortunately I can not do a private event at this restaurant because this is a public area for all the guest at the resort if you want I can do a reservation this restaurant is already block for the honeymoon cocktail , but, I have all the other restaurants available, only let me Know if you want a private dinner we can do it on a ballroom or if you want that I do a dinner reservation in another restaurant.
                      La Gondola will work. I would like to make a dinner reservation for 30 people at this restaurant. Confirm only. the date . on Thursday, 17 June?' because on Thursday 17 th arrecifes restaurant is available but on Wednesday 16th is not available .

                      06/16/2010- I would like to rent a few umbrellas for the Lake Terrace (cocktail hour) if the sun is out. sure we rent the umbrellas in $ 25 usd

                      03/ 15/10- What about Los Tacos on the Grande Side of the Resort. If they are open for lunch I would like to confirm for 1pm (rehearsal lunch). Mmm Los tacos is a snack bar is not a restaurant if you want a restaurant I sugget the Caribean located at the Moon grand . who many people will assit .
                      Okay, can I make my reservation for Arrecifes? I would like to make the lunch reservation for 20 people. Sorry , but Arrecifes not open for lunch . ( only when the resort is really full the manager takes the decision to open) any other option ?

                      03/15/10- After reviewing the buffet menu's I would like to go with the BBQ Buffet for the Welcome Dinner. I am expecting about 75-85 guest. Ok pecfect

                      Why is the turf and turf an added cost? On the menu that you sent me it does not have this as an extra charge... Also will it make a difference since I qualify for free events? You are right, was my mistake. what happens is that this dish use to have an additional cost, but I was reviewing the new menus and don’t say nothing about an extra cost, so there's no additional cost.

                      1. As I think you are aware. I am working with PSAV for sound equipment. However, I will need the complimentary CD player for the ceremony. Yes for the ceremony don’t worry you have the sound system included during the ceremony.

                      I would like to confirm the Harp and Flute for the ceremony. The cost is $500.00 correct? When will they start playing? Will it be before guest start arriving? The prelude music is for the guest, right? How many songs can I give the musicians for this? Ok you want both , because we don’t have this duet we only have the harpist individual or the flute we have the classical duet ( guitar and flute ) this cost $ 500usd.

                      2. PSAV is organizing my flower arrangements and decor for the reception and part of the ceremony. Ok lily from zu±iga Yes, thank you. She has been great!
                      3. I would like to order the flower arrangements from you for the alter. I have seen a package you have that has two bouquets of lilies and one flower arrangement (all white). They are $180.00 correct? Can you please send me a picture of it? Correct the cost is 180 usd you just want lilys ? Yes, However, i don't want the white bouquet that is in the middle. Is there a different cost?

                      4. For the reception: The round tables that seat 10 is what I want for the reception room. what is the size of your round tables that seat 10? I am going to be bringing in my own table cloths. 3.25 diameter Thank you.

                      5. This is the cake that I want from your menu. What is the cost without orchids and 4 layers. I noticed that the four layer square is only $210. Is this the same for the round cake? At the reception I would like a smaller round table for the cake. Could you please tell me the size of this as well so I can purchase my linens?
                      Do you attach a picture a can not see a picture . we use square table 1.80m ( large ) and 1 .00 m (wide) . Okay for some reason I can not attach the picture, but it came from your catalog. It is the picture titled "Natural Orchids Decoration" It is a round cake with swirls on it and it says that it is $400. Do you know which one I am talking about? Do you have any small round tables and what is the size?
                      I hope it's this cake is three floors and includes you and decoration with fresh flowers (orchids) the cake you see in the photo is for 80 people ) you can do a different flavour x tier , regarding the small table the size are 1.10 ( wide ) and large 75 cm long

                      With my free complimentary cake, I would like to make that into the grooms cake. I have attached a logo that I would like to put on the cake with the colors I am looking for. On the top of the cake it should say "where it all began...." with the Hampton logo (that is attached) beneath it. Can this be a whip cream icing cake? sure ,can be a cake, round or square. We can add with pastry cream the caption that you want . (this cake is for 35 people) witch flavour do you want for this cake remember that we have ( vanilla ,chocolate , strawberry , marmol ( chocolate and vanilla) chesse and lime . you can not add anything to ice the cake. I already check with the pastry.

                      2. Do you have cake stands or do I need to rent one? What I am looking for should look similar to the one that I have attached to this email . the bases we use for the cakes are very simple. do not have any base that resembles the one I attached in the photo, we check if the rent and I say it's too complicated to better if you can bring your own base .

                      3. We are not set on the special drink that I sent you. I realized that you have to have dry ice and that would be an extra cost. Is there something that your bartender could recommend? I am looking for a pink drink in martini glasses (alcoholic). And another special drink for the kids maybe a kiddie cocktail (sprite, Cherri grenadine, and Cherri). We can probably put this together when I get there, right? regarding the welcome drinks, we have 2 options we can follow the recipe that you mom send , but not the white foam is dry ice which we don have . we may add a cherry as a garnish or we can make a drink called pink panter
                      With coconut cream , vodka , pineapple use and grenadine also with the cherry , and we can do the same for the kisd but without vodka .

                      1. My idea for the order of the ceremony is attached. Please let me know if the minister will be able to administer it this way.... Sure not a problem, the minister may read this ceremony, I just want to let you Know that occasions much as I sent the ceremony in advance, if is not the ceremony that they are accustomed to say, reading is not very fluid , that for more that you read with anticipation the minister was not memorize the ceremony. that the now has its own ceremony. anyway I'll send your ceremony today .

                      2. Can we meet later on Wednesday so there is no rush. Maybe 2:30 or 3:00pm since you have a client before me and I will be coming from the airport. Sure , just I have a wedding this day at 5:30pm =/ but we will try to advance as much as we can. On Wednesday .
