$1400 for our wedding photos, rip off?

So we got WONDERFUL photos from the resort photographer at Grand Lido in Negril but was that a raw deal? We got a CD of 160 pics all high quality and a photo album of 10 actual photos.

 

Good deal? Bad deal? I'm gonna post a link on my blog with about 20-30 of our favorites to look at.

IF you like the pics it's a good deal, I am paying more....but who knows if I will like the pics. Not much you can do about it now, enjoy your pics.

I am paying more than that but I am paying by the hour so I don't know how many pics I will get. I would say that is about average though.

It is a great deal if the quality is good, sheesh I wish mine only cost that much... I think my photog has been my biggest expense so far!

our photog is costing more than yours did but he said he takes about 500-600 pictures per hour and from some of the reviews I read they got around 300+ pictures. So I would say you got a fair deal.

If you get a CD with more pics then I think it is a good deal. How long will they shoot... Kinda vague.. hard to tell if it was a good deal or not.

Uummmm...it could be a good deal if the photographer has captured what you needed to be captured.

 

I know photography could sometimes be a little expensive, but there's a reason for that. If you hire the right photographer, who is an expert in capturing every moment of your wedding, then all what you paid for is worth it. Remember, having a wedding is a one time deal, and capturing these moments and capturing them artistically will preserve these images forever.

 

You will not want "mediocre" images of your wedding....
