Weight Loss support for 2011 brides!!

I too have IBS and have been through countless tests, and the doctors have never found anything. I find that gluten, dairy, caffiene and processed foods really aggravate it. When I have an "epidose", I usually stick to things like bananas, apple sauce, plain rice, etc. until the pain goes away. If it's really bad, you can have the doctor prescribe something called an antispasmodic to help with the cramps and the pain.

However, it sounds like you're gettting better! That's great!

I've been pouring over research for the past few days and I think I've basically diagnosed myself with IBS. So to stabilize my system I am sticking to the bland foods and had to start eating starch again (the elimination of which over the past couple months may have triggered it). So far, so good in the past 24 hours anyway...and exercise really helps whatever it is so I have an extra motivator to keep that up! Lol

Well since Jan 3rd I have lost 12.5 pounds, now that might not seem like alot but i now weight 122 pounds.!!!

Boy has it been tough, (last nite i had two pieces of pizza....LOL.......gotta live a little)

Now i want to tone my BUTT, i think that is going to take longer than 43 days.

I know you arent suposed to work a body party more than once a week, but how am i gonna get a hard rock but by only doing legs once a week???

It depends on your workout routine whether or not you can work the same thing more than once a week. Some routines are full body, some are push/pull, some are upper/lower splits. I do upper/lower splits so I am working my legs, but, abs twice a week...hasn't hurt me. Give it a try with adding in another day of lower exercises...start easier, you don't want injuries from overuse, and just up the intensity after a week or so :)

Oh and all my candles smell liked baked goods too!! I make handmade soy candles in my home so when I do a big batch, the whole house smells like cupcakes, lemon meringue pie, chocolate chip cookies, etc. lol YUM!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
