Etsy seller jdleggans for fake flowers!

I didn't want to pay the $300+ for real flowers that the resort was going to charge us so I started looking into "real touch" flower options. I came across a seller on etsy that had some beautiful bouquets for sale. I contacted her and we worked out a deal. I'm insanely please that I could get what I wanted within a reasonable price range. I paid $125 in total (plus $7 shipping). I recieved:

- 3 bridesmaid bouquets

- 4 bouts

- 3 pin-on corsages

Her shop website is: Custom wedding flowers bridal bouquets and more by jdleggans She was really nice and accommodating, she sent proof pictures and would have adjusted anything I wanted before purchase. I definitely recommend her if you're looking fora budget friendly flower options. My only slight dislike is how dark the orchids are (which I new before finalizing the purchase). I'm just not really concerned enough to have asked her to change it. The bouquets are pretty small but that's what the girls wanted - nothing big. I haven't take pictures myself but here are the ones she posted on the etsy listing.

Yes, they are plumeria (hilariously they are foam). There's already organza ribbon tied around the stems - its just a sage green so it sorta blends in too much. Not sure yet if i'll leave it or change it. I usually prefer satin to organza anyway (or some other solid ribbon).

That's correct. I just can't justify spending tons and tons of money on flowers. My fiance said he didn't like fake flowers because they didn't look real. So we compromised (he was more than willing after I told him how much all the things we HAD to buy were going to cost). My bouquet and his bout are free. I'm going to see if I can at least request that they be "pink" to sorta match. But I don't mind being a little different - we're the bride and groom so its ok.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
