esty has soooooo many great things! i have been a fan for a while now but after looking through this thread i just ordered a wire hanger like the one i saw earlier!!!!!!! sooooo cute and i can not wait to have it in my wedding photos!!!

for any of the ladies that have bought the coat hangers with "mrs. xyz", is it strong enough to hold your dress?  The hanger will only need to hold the dress for a couple of pictures, but my dress is a standard wedding dress (not beachy - light & flowy).  However, my dress does not have any beading.  Do you think that hanger would work?

The hanger isnt as sturdy as I thought it would be, but looks great! My dress isnt overly heavy and I dont think that it will hold for more than a min. but maybe thats long enough? keeping my fingers crossed. My wedding is in a month, pm me a reminder if you like and I can tell you how it went.

there is a ton of these on etsy. Anyhow I think they would do a much better job in terms of weight bearing. Good luck.

Boo - Thank you so much.  I think I will go with one of the wood ones.  I think I like the look of the all metal one better, but the stonger wood one would make that one less thing to worry/think about.

THEY ARE GORGEOUS Teira! I wear flowers in my hair on a regular basis! What's hilarious is that, the first thing my BMs asked me was "what color flowers are we wearing?" THEY NEW THEY HAD NO CHOICE *smiles*
