AGREED! Summer TV is a total letdown. The lack of things to watch besides SYTYCD forces me to watch total crap - like Miami Social and Charm School. It's terrible and I COULD read, but I need some good TV entertainment!

I'm just going to wait until Kathy does her recap to post! lol

ok well I do have a few comments about last night's show. I was completely bored until Jeannine and Brandon's jazz pop thing that was hip hop to me! lol It was really good and I enjoyed the show after that. I think they should have mixed up the dancing and not put all the slower stuff together. I almost didn't want to watch the rest. That and Ade/Melissa's breast cancer dance were my fav! And OMG I bawled! lol I knew right away that Mia would be crying because of her Dad. Do you guys remember the beautiful routine she did (I believe season 3) about her dad? with the flowers covering the stage? Man, I cried like a baby then too!

Anyway, I love Ellen and I thought it was great that she was there to add some comedy. I was a little afraid of what she might say after the breast cancer routine, but she kept it totally cool, no jokes, which was great!

that's all that I can think of right now considering it's 7:26am! lol I'm sure I'll have more to comment later on! :)

I Agree lisa! I actually fast forwarded through i think the first four or five dances. So boring. And not even there fault, just crappy genres i think. And then i loved the last three. Watched Ade & Melissas dance three times, and bawled and bawled. it was soo good.

I think Jenine and Evan will go home this week..

The first half of last night was such a dissappointment, and so where most of the solos. DH and I watched the first few routines and we were like "What the hell, this is Top 8!!! They should be blowing us away." The waltz and the rumba were like watching paint dry. I loved Jeannine and Brandon's "pop jazz" and the hip hop from Shane is one of the better one's he has done so far this season, I don't agree with Nigel that it was his best ever on the show, but...it was good, my fav Shane routine is Season 1 Destiny and Jamile, which they showed in the clips for tonights 100th episode so maybe we'll get to see it. Anyway, other thoughts, group number by Travis, AWESOME, and not what I would expect from Travis, they need to keep him around as a choreographer, he adds an awesome new dimension. Melissa and Ade reunited, loved them together again and that Tyce routine had me bawling like a baby, it was amazing. And I'm sorry to anyone that does like her...but WTF was up with Mia saying Janette was the best girl for her. She has done well with everything she is given but I don't think she is the best, and I just can't seem to like her, maybe its the hair or something else but I don't like her. I think she and Evan will be going home tonight. I agree with everyone who has said Jeanine and Ade will be in the top, they are my two faves.

omg you guys I totally agree!!! The first half of the show was a total snoozefest! I was so freakin disapointed and I was ready to give up for the night!! Thank goodness I didn't though because there were definitely some gems in there! I will do my recap in a bit, just need to get caught up on a few things at work first! wink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
