I just got an iPhone yesterday - a Black 3G - it is pretty cool - I downloaded a couple cool applications so far:

Facebook

Pandora

Flashlight

Ambiance

Sudoku

UrbanSpoon

Showtimes

Shazam

Well - a couple of my friends have the iPhone so these are their favorite add-on's - what are yours?

I love tris, Hanoi, aurora feint, bubble wrap LOL, tasks. I only do free ones btw. I also have silly ones for kids to distract children like bubbles. I also have pandora, facebook and myspace. I love tap tap revenge. It's like guitar hero for the iPhone. And palringo is all instant messengers in one so I can chat.

Since the original reason I posted this thread was resolved, I decided to save some forum space and change the title to a new subject :)

Lets use the rest of this thread to share/post your favorite apps for Ipod Touch and Iphone, and what you like about them!

hi everyone, we just got an ipod touch (lucky us! my hubby got it as a bonus thru his work incentive points program, nice!) but we cant for the life of us figure out how to make it connect to our wireless at home!

we can get it as far as when you touch the button to connect to a network, then you touch the correct network (in our case NetGear), it will do the little swirly circle thing, and then it just says "Unable to connect to network". the only option it lets you select after that is "Dismiss". there is no help button or anything.

the weird thing is we can use it at like starbucks or other places that have wifi, no problem. its just at home. hubby tried adding the ipod info to our netgear list, just like we did with our nintendo ds and psp, but it will not connect.

anyone know of a solution?

thanks!

wow I have no idea especially since its connecting to others. I have never had an issue w/ mine. FI is a computer genius so I'll ask him when he gets home in an hour. My guess is it really has something to do w/ your netgear and not the ipod if its connecting everywhere else

That's strange Abbie! Mine just connectes automatically?

Could is possibly be that your network is locked and won't allow the ipod to connect??

I'm not great with technical things soo I'm not sure....

Ok I dont have mine in front of me so I am trying to do this by memory. When you are in the tools section and you are looking at the wireless network optiions. If you hit the cancell button it should bring up more network options and one of them should be yours, or someone elses that isnt locked. Does that make sense?

Sometimes if the signal isn't strong enough it won't let you connect- and if you need a password it will normally prompt...hang in there, and keep trying different things

I got an i-touch for christmas and it's a whole new way to obsess over email, facebook, and this forum!! :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
