Wow!! Really?! Not for nothing, but I would think that being able to read would be a basic requirement to be a foster parent. Not that not being able to read makes one a bad person, but jeez. Come on.

#16 is my favorite, I guess the parents missed work too...haha!

 

I'm with BarefootBride stupidity knows no bounds so it's not an Alabama thing, it's a USA thing. They could have replaced that with California and it would have been funny. I laughed!

 

On the flip side you have well educated parents who verge on bizarre. My mom works at a school and the kids have to pick up garbage from their lunch before they can go to recess, and a parent actually called a conference with the principal saying her 9 year old child "respectfully declines to participate in the trash removal"....wtf?
