How do I find the time? I need a course on time management as I only ever seem to work...

Did a leg workout and 45 min of cardio in the morning; then 35 minutes of cardio this evening. Have yet to do my ab workout...

Been delinquent in posting my progress. Was away on holidays last week. Since then, this is what I did:

Friday: 1 hour Wii Fitness coach (upper body)

Saturday: 10 minutes running and 1 hour circuit training

Monday: 45 minutes circuit training

Tuesday (yesterday): 1.5 hours ashtanga (power yoga)

Today: 30 minutes Wii Fitness coach (core)

My AHR is on September 6th and I'm trying to lose 3-4 lbs before then, to make sure I fit in my wedding dress! I had gained 6-7 lbs since pre-wedding time... Back down a bit now and only 3-4 more to go.

Did P90X plyo last night then went out for margaritas... oops.

 

Cardio and upper body weights today!

Did my treadmill interval training with minimum speed at 6.5 and max at 13.5. I also went out for breakfast so I'll do a bit more cardio tonight then tomorrow morning is weights or Jillian Michaels. Not sure which....muscle.gif
