Have you exercised today?

yay, I'm back!!! my ankle is healed a bit, although I now know I have osteoarthritis in it. I did a power yoga class last night. today, it is a bit tender but not bad at all. I'm planning some leisurely cycling (not the usual rough and tough mountain biking I like) this weekend, to see if it can handle that.

Overslept and missed my morning jog so I did sprints before the 30-minute Step Aerobics and 15-minute ABS class at lunch. Victoria (the instructor) teaches the best ABS routine and I can feel/see the difference over time. Looking forward to my 6 p.m. massage appointment!

P90X - Legs & Back (fast forwarded through the back stuff) and Ab ripper X

 

Had to go meet friends for sushi so I had no time for the back... just did back on monday anyways :)

We had a substitute instructor (Victoria) for "Total Body Pump" today and her routine was more like cardio toning. Class was great and we all struggled. However, we will all look good tomorrow for Jeans Day.

 

The 10 - 15 minute warm/up & sprints I started doing this week before class should help burn more calories. Hopefully results will come in a few weeks.

I did the elliptical for a bit and then a little bit of lifting for my arms. Does anyone have a go to workout they do for lifting weights? I will do cardio no prob, but I never can get the willpower to stay and lift!
