20 min on elliptical, 20min on bike - then did bi's, tri's, shoulders, abs & obliques (situps and side plank)

did some situps and pushups this morning....taking the rest of the day off because of marriage prep class after work sad.gif

Tonight: push (shoulders, chest, tris)

45 minutes cardio (15 eliptical then 15 running then 15 eliptical) obliques with med ball, bicycle, & crunches. Feeling focussed...feeling good!
