That's so frustrating that she is taking so long to reply, maybe resend the email again?? I get responses back from Ariadna within 12 hours for the most part. Once I had to resend an email but she said she hadn't gotten it and replied quickly.

I agree! Your first dress will look beautiful all night so just enjoy it instead of leaving your party to change!! So soon!!! Congrats!!

Trying to get a few things done today...stopped by our farmers market to find the flower girls little bracelets, and found the cutest little old man who makes them. I am getting two of them for $10!! Yay! FI and left the house early this morning to get things done....and then realized we forgot the stuff that needs to go to the dry cleaners and his linen pants for the wedding that need to be hemmed!! Instead of just going home and getting it, he suggested we just do it another day...it didn't take a lot of convincing for me to agree! Lol Just printed out all the table numbers, Instagram sign and guest book sign. Now I just need to go into the costco site and make a guest book.... 35 days until we leave, 40 until the wedding!!

Lol, I can relate to filling out the forms! We did it the day before they were due! And now, today, I just got word that another person has booked...and another two might still book...my biggest problem is that I don't have space at the tables for any more without doing a whole other table!! I am trying to keep my panic and excitement hidden....but I think it's starting to show!

Lol, mine already has one. I will say that his playing has dwindled over the last few years but I have been known to give him a giant list of things to do and in return I buy him a new game he is wanting. It works really well! Lol

We are leaving in 37 days!! I have been meaning to start packing every day this week but so far I have done nothing!! I am going to start today! I think!! Lol

Well, Ariadna has already emailed me back! I am having round tables and they will be set up in a semi circle around the dance floor in front of the head table. Just in case anyone else was curious! Also, for anyone wondering, I hadn't emailed my coordinator at all until the past week and she is absolutely fantastic about getting back to me! It is usually in less than 24 hours and as quick as 3 hours! I'm pretty impressed so far!

Any one have any ideas on how they set up the tables in the bamboo room? Just trying to figure out the table numbers and such! Thanks!

I am hoping that no body has decided to come and forgotten to send back their RSVP! Right now, our final numbers are 68 adults and 13 kids making a total if 81 so that is already more than enough! Tomorrow is our 45 day deadline so we have been working frantically to get all the paperwork done. And by frantically I mean me, FI spent the weekend golfing and relaxing...telling me not to worry and it will get done! Lol

I think our timeline will go like this 4:00pm ceremony on the beach Followed by champagne and a group photo on the beach 5:30-6:30pm cocktail and appies at The Beach Bar 7:00pm-12:00am Reception We have 13 kids coming so I figure some time in between the ceremony and cocktail hour is good so that they can play, snack, change...all those kid things, and we can do all our photos and then still enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests!

@@kmk2016 That is such a great idea! I so wish I would have thought of that! We ended up only getting back about half of the RSVP that we had sent out. Pretty frustrating really!!

Just picked up two of these dresses that I had made for my flower girls!! I can't wait to see them in it!!

For my three bridesmaids I ended up paying $50 for each dress, I am paying to have their hair done on the day ($75) and am buying them earrings and a bracelet to wear ($80). It ends up being more than I had planned but they are my sisters so what the heck!! Lol

We decided to just make the choice for everyone. I did check to see if there were any vegetarian or any allergies, there are only two allergies and one vegetarian in our group of 81. The rest will have to just enjoy what they are served! I figure with appies during cocktail hour and then a four course dinner people will be full.

We ended up doing a registry. Initially I didn't want a shower, but my friends insisted that I had to, so they are throwing it for me. I can say that I am petty excited just to see everyone before we leave! I figured a registry would give people the option, however, it is not mentioned anywhere and people would have to ask my girls throwing the shower if and where we are registered.

I feel like I have been searching forever on etsy but either the shipping is crazy or the prices are more than I want to spend! But I will continue to search!

I am in the hunt for bridesmaid jewelry. I am early wanting rose gold earrings and a bracelet. I have three bridesmaids so I don't want to spend too much money either!! Any ideas?? 50 days til the big day!!

We invited the same number that wipe would have had we had a wedding at home, I think about 150 ish. And we have 68 adults and 13 kids confirmed and we are 47 days til we leave! It's quite a few more than we were anticipating!! And our package includes 25 and everyone over that is about $125. Yikes!! But still, it is waaaayyyyy cheaper than doing a wedding here!

Hey ladies!! I just got the spa price list and just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the prices have gone up from what this thread says. An up do for short hair is $65 and long hair is $75 and make up application is $65. Might help with budgeting and what not! And my uncle, who is a minister and going to be marrying us just sent us the first draft of our ceremony....whoa! I think I need to read it a few times so I'm not crying like a baby on the big day!! And we just picked up our marriage license yesterday! Things are really coming together now!!

So I think I have our final numbers! 68 adults and 13 kids! Hopefully this is it!! We just figured out our ceremony playlist. No traditional wedding songs...just music we both like. I am going to take my dress in for alterations tomorrow. My almost SIL is making my earrings and a bracelet. Trying to find earrings and bracelets for my three bridesmaids....I can't decide! What has everyone gotten? Now I guess I better get on the seating plan, the fan programs and escort cards! I have all the supplies to make them, but just have to actually do them! What does everyone else have to do still?
