Hi I frequent Micheal's a lot and Dollarama it depends what i am looking for. I have made some purchases at Wal Mart and online as well. I'm going to be on a serious wedding planning mission over the next few weeks cause i am running out of time. I am going to go through my list and all my stuff this weekend. I had made some purchases over the last 9 months and changed my mind so i will take pics and post them and if any of you are interested since we live close by I could sell the stuff to you cheap and drop it off so there would be no shipping charges I think i have some lanters, sashes, LED tea lights, etc. Most of my stuff is Turquoise and Fuschia. I'll keep you posted

So i have a HUGE task ahead of me this weekend ( i tasked myself LOL) i am going to go through ALL of my wedding stuff that i have prepared, purchased and made since December when we got engaged and i have to decide if i have any more room to add to my welcome bags and such....in your opinion ladies and from what you have read through the forums...what would you say are the more important items to include the OOT...i know it can be different from person to person but i figure it will get me on the right track

I got my 3 TwinRx when i went to PPC in 2009. My doctor highly recommended it and once you have the 3 TwinRx i beleive you are good for upwards of 20 years. For Punta Cana they also recommend Malaria pills. My friends father is a doctor and he was also highly recommending it. Better safe then sorry. I agree! the long term effects are just not worth it. Great idea...do you have a pic of the ones you made?

I will keep my fingers crossed for you One thing i can say is that they are super nice and very accomodating so if you got a room you hated and told the front reception i wouldnt doubt that they would upgrade you I cant wait to hear all about your experiences and wedding day and especially see your pics ...I leave soon after you come back. I read a lot of negative reviews as well and they were officially pushy trying to get me to book. I decided against using them. But also turned out that a good friend of ours who is a professional photog agreed to do our photos. He's amazing so I am thrilled and cant wait to shoot my wedding pics and TTD with Denis! because he is a guest of ours and staying at the resort i dont have to pay a guest pass. If your photog is only comiing on the resort for the day of then you have to pay $120.00 I was at PPC in 2009 but stayed in the Reserve which was fantastic. I have been reading negative reviews on the rooms as well and I am hoping its not the case. I am going to send a note to my WC at PPC and ask if there is a way to put a note in for the reno'd rooms for my guests. Fi and I get a free upgrade but i want our guests to be happy. The reserve and royal service rooms are amazing and i am hoping because we are going off season and its not as busy that they will upgrade our group

OK! so i need to start doing P90X on an old TV i dont care about cause i SWEAR i am going to punch Tony through the screen soon. he is SOOOOOOO annoying LOL but his workout is kicking my butt!!! I cant breath today without pain in my abs!!

Each video is a different length. There are some that are an hour and then the ab ripper is 15 minutes. so depending on the day and how you follow the program there are different amounts of time you will be spending. Never much longer then an hour and 15 mins when you factor in setting up and cool down etc. I am not doing P90X every day. I am switching it up because i get bored easily. I'm doing Zumba, P90X, and Hip Hop Dance and alternate days. On the days i am really into it and have lots of energy i am trying to throw in the ab ripper after Zumba since its only 15 mins. Its only been short of two weeks so at the end of 30 days i will let you know my results...i wont lie though I AM SORE AS HECK!!! LOL

Hi I love the flower. I think you dont need to match your bouquet as long as it ties in with colors or something else My hair flower looks nothing like my bouquet. What are your wedding colors? Sorry if you said on another post and i missed it. You should check out Red-I by Chelsea. I keep recommending her LMAO but i cant help it cause she is awesome! she designed my hair flower for my TTD. Great, fast service and not expensive and she will custom make you something based on your vision. I met Chelsea through this forum. She actually designed all my jewelry as well. I cant say enough good things about her Let us know if you choose this flower or find something else I saw some at the dollar store (Dollarama) in the decoration section just the other day. Really big bag for $2.00 they were all different sizes. I'm sure the ones at Bouclair are probably bigger and nicer so i would say thats a pretty good deal.

WOOOHOOO thats so amazing. congrats and good for you!!! How did you do it if you dont mind me asking? I regret not putting a stronger focus on this sooner so now that i have less then 3 months to go and 1.5 to my dress fitting i am working my butt off LITERALLY hahaha I am doing zumba, P90X and a lot of gardening and painting in my new house hahah i am barely ever sitting exvept before i go to bed at night so i can get my BDW and wedding planning in I also this week started a healthy living life style. In the last 2 weeks i have lost a couple of pounds but wish it would go a bit faster. I'm impatient LOL but also i know that muscle weighs more then fat so i need to measure myself. I have 10 pounds to lose and i would be happy and 15 pounds i'd be thrilled :)

I made pocket folds for my invites as well I included the invite that you see at the top of the pic and then in the pocket i had the RSVP card, resort information with website and then i included booking information with TA info etc....

YAY take pics!!! us brides always love to se "THE" dress!! i go for my first fitting Sept 24th! freaking out...still have 10 pounds to lose LMAO and its less then a month before we leave so hopefully there arent a TON of alterations to do when i go

I would DEF talk to your TA...my guests just had to make final payments and we leave Oct 21st. Their 200 dollar deposits were due a while ago though. Originally they wanted payment in June which still isnt bad but i was able to stretch it.

Me either!! Sadly it was too late. I had bought about 8 huge bags of petals and when i had my planning call with my resort they told me i wasnt allowed!! I will probably just sell them or re-use them for something else.

Check with your resort first on the petals for the aisle...most resorts will not allow you to use your own petals as they have to be freeze dried. If they are just fake petals can you imagine how littered the beach and ocean would be from all the weddings. My resort will only allow me to use my own if i have a certif showing that they are freeze dried.

if you decide you want to travel light and since you are restricted because of the no smoking, poker, etc....why dont you just play off the alcohol and have a special signature drink table for the guys. like a tequila table with fun signs. I've seen this before and it looks really fun and the guests love it otherwise i think some of the other ladies had good ideas like money clips and sunglasses.

Its a 90 day program so if you stick to it and do it the 6 days a week required you will def see results in your time frame
