Hi Ladies...you all have been busy the few days i have been offline! Thats a good thing...i like coming back to lots of BDW fun! Thats really awful about those dresses! I truly do beleive everything happens for a reason and even though it may be horribly upsetting now and be a disaster, your new dresses will be 100 times better and you will be thankful the disaster happened in the first place....positive energy your way 4 more sleeps including today and i will be a jet setting bride its coming quick...these last few days and the next few days will be complete chaos and hectic but i am smiling ear to ear and i cant put in to words how excited I am. I still have a few loose ends to tie up but i am pretty much ready!!! I really wanted to do a planning journal before i leave but not sure i have the time but i will definitely do an after the fact planning journal and share my journey and pics and ideas with all of you. I'm hooked on BDW and will definitely still visit even when my festivities are over so i can support all you wonderful ladies and live vicariously through you! wedding planning, even though stressful at times, has been so much fun and i couldnt have done it without all of you and your fabulous support and ideas. i will be back online before i go but in case something goes astray and i cant make it back on i will see you back here in early November a MRS!!!! XOX

I am in shock about Teresa! i love her! she was amazing to work with and had so much confidence in her. I hope all my files were properly transferred to the resort. I did already have most stuff printed but by the time i get there it might be too late. I will send a note to Miguelina to see if she has everything she needs! I will review and send pics when i am back in early November!!! I'll be back on before i go though...need my daily fix of BDW lol

I attached my pre-travel brochure for you to look at ...maybe there is something in there that will catch your eye By the way, when you look at the PDF on screen it wont read properly, as its saved in print format for booklet printing. These were printed double sided, folded and then stitched like a little book the file on screen is set up as spreads. But at least you will see the info i included I sent these out at the begining of Sept, so just short of 2 months before we leave. I included a packing list and luggage tag....the whole kit was really popular and people loved getting them. I have everything on my camera of the final assembled kits, i just havent had an opportunity to load them yet since i am leaving in a week there are a million things going on i will as soon as i can so you ladies can see them pre-travel_brochure_final.pdf

I already have my inspiration pics printed and in my wedding binder Definitely a good suggestion! So much to do, so little time BUT SO EXCITED!!!! :)

Hi, I originally was going to venture off the resort and go to a salon or bring a haridresser to the resort. I got a name from Miss Sunshyne....i'm sure she can give you the contact info as well. But it turns out my BM's want to do their own hair (one of them is really good with hair so she will do her own and my other BM's) she didnt want to brave mine though LOL and so it was just me and my mom. So i figured it was just easier to pay a bit more and stay on the resort. So i have booked my hair trial for the monday and then wedding hair day of. Depending on the package you book with the resort your hair should be included i beleive, you should look into that. I will let you know how it goes and of course you will see pics when i get back leaving in a week today!

I can't wait to hear all about your dress...while you are super excited and happy I will live vicariously thorugh you!!! I will be leaving one week from tomorrow and freaking out LOL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Much to do And i cant wait to see pics....pics are a MUST! even if you just email them to me, i must see!!! LOL

Thanks anudrm You dont have to make it the exact same size as the design I have if its easier for you to cut you can always design it 2 up and utlize the whole 11. Nothing stopping you from changing it up a bit I had a border around mine with crop marks as i wanted the border in my actual image (on some panels only) you could even make mini fans if you really wanted to and make the panels 3 up

I have SOO many pics on my camera to go through LOL Yes anudrm did a great job re-inventing the template to her own. These were actually created these in photoshop? Do you have photoshop? you can PM your info and i can send you the PDF i created and you can convert the layers to your own style in Photoshop. Otherwise you could always just re-invent the idea in publisher or which ever program you use. I'd be glad to help. I can send you dimensions and some other stuff. I have the text in a word document as well. The name of the font is carpenter Thats why i posted....save and borrow away let me know if you need any help with them LOL try fanning yourself with them and if your 65lb is solid enough then you should be okay i wouldnt get fans with these it would somewhat defeat the purpose. your program design from my template looks great! keep them fanned out on the chairs and it will look so pretty!

I got my flower comps from Angel last night...so excited. I'm in love. she put together everything i imagined and more. These pics are missing the buckle that will be on the handle and also the jewels that will be in the bouquet What do you think?

Hello All, I wasnt sure I wanted a program but I knew I wanted a Palm fan on the chairs for my ceremony but when I was reviewing the size of the palm fans, I decided it wasnt something I had room to travel with in my already over loaded luggage LOL so I came up with the idea of multi purpose programs that would also serve as fans. When I was sharing the idea with friends and lovely brides on the Canadian Brides thread and got such great feedback, I thought I should share with everyone so other brides looking for inspiration ideas might find something special in this....so here goes I printed everything on white 100lb Cover stock. So basically a thicker card stock. (so they wouldnt be flimsy when used as a fan) I then cut and assembled them with a chicago screw. You could also use brads but i find the screws more solid and the pages move more easily. I hope you enjoy! In Order: Front Cover: First 3 pages (blocked out to cover some names The 1st page is the members of the bridal party, officant, and parents of bride and groom) The 2nd page and 3rd page are the order of events listing readings and sand cermony etc S A Special Note to our guests and wedding party. This says: we can’t thank you enough for being here to share in one of the most important days in our life. This experience wouldn’t be the same without your presence and support. I prefer thicker base but they dont have to be too thick (harder to carry if your girls have small hands too) You could always just put a couple of cut up stems in between where no one will see them and then when you wrap them they will be covered anyway The programs are always popular i'm going to start a thread about them now so other brides can share in the fun I'm finishing up my welcome kits that go in my OOT bag now so i will have to share those with you too when i am done will give you more ideas hahah OMG SOOOOO close i leave in 12 days! i cant friggin believe it!!!
