Meredith- Your site looks great! I think you have a much more "personal" and blog-like feel to yours than I do mine...I like it!!! I would only say to just proof read each page. There will always be a few things you can correct. I still find them after reading my site a million times! Congrats on your first guests booking! Thats so exciting! I can't wait until my guests start booking...it feelsl like it will never happen! What locations are you trying to decide on? They are all beautiful, so you can't go wrong.

I'm so sorry! I totally understand what you are going through! And know that your feelings are OK, there is NOTHING wrong with them!! You feel this way for a reason and you should not ignore it. You need to really stop and think about what your feelings are NOW. Most of the time after you get married the problems you have don't just all of a sudden get better...they typically will get worse. If you have these feelings now, how do you think you will feel in a year, or five, or twenty? Is there something he can do to help you change your feelings? If you were to imagine him minus all the stuff that drives you CRAZY, would he seem more "attractive" (not just physically) to you? If you can't imagine ever feeling the way you used to about him that is a HUGE red light! Here is my little story: My fiance and I got engaged on our 4 year anniversary (Aug 29th 2009). About a year ago, my FI and I were in the middle of planning a BIG wedding in our hometown in MT for Aug 28th, 2010. I was increasingly stressed not only about the wedding, but was concerned about our future. I realized how UNHAPPY I was and honestly felt everything you described to a T. My FI had gotten EXTREMELY lazy and inconsiderate. We both work 40 hrs, but for some reason everything was on me to keep the household running. I was his mommy...not only was he being totally irresponsible, he let himself go...showering maybe 3x a week, brushing his teeth occasionally...etc. I was totally filled with resentment. Although I really did love him, I did NOT like him...of course this had an effect on the "spark" in our relationship too. While I was home doing some planning I just about had a break down. My parents and I had a LONG discussion...it came down to: Will I be happy if things were to always stay like this? NO!!!!!!! You have to think big picture...not the money, the awkwardness, the embarrassment telling everyone...NONE of that matters if you ultimately will be getting a divorce down the road (which will probably cost you more than $30k and be even more of an embarrasment). I sucked it up and confronted my FI about EVERYTHING. I was brutally honest...it hurt him of course, but he understood how I felt and was glad I came to him. We ended up postponing the wedding...and as hard as it was...it was the BEST decision of my life. I told him what I NEEDED to be happy (and was willing to call it quits if he did not want to change), but he decided he'd rather GROW UP and take responsibility than lose me. With some counseling and over time with the changes he made, our relationship got back to where it used to be. We haven't been this happy in a very long time...and you know what??? Now he THANKS me for having the courage to say something. Do what is right for YOU. I guarantee that everyone who knows and loves you will be 100% behind you...you might even inspire others to have the courage to stop the inevitable disaster down the road. I have a couple clients & friends who took my lead, and while it was difficult, they have NO REGRETS! Be strong and know everyone supports you!!

Absolutely! I know how much I want to see pics from here, so I figured everyone else would be interested too!

I was doing a cleanse up until about a week ago, but don't plan on starting back on a regimented diet until about mid April also (we go on vacay first week). Simple is best! Especially if you are doing them outside...its a nice contrast. There are times I wanted to get braces again even though I had them already and still have straight teeth...I just loved how my teeth were RIGHT after I got them off back in high school. I actually have been looking into Sarah from Sproullie designs for my boarding pass invites too! I was planning on DIY, but I couldn't figure out how to get them to look like they should! Plus the idea of one less thing to stress about sounds nice. Did you have yours completely customized? Did she do all the wording too? That is one thing about them...I have NO IDEA what to put on them (or how many tickets to put in each one). Do you mind me asking how much it ended up costing you? They are awesome by the way!

I spent A TON of time searching the photogs that were in the area...I even entertained the idea of bringing someone from my hometown. But when I looked at the cost of flying a photog down and paying for their stay AND for the photography itself, I figured I could take that and put it into AWARD WINNING photography! I decided to use Rachel with La Luna for our wedding day photography, and Matt/Sol from Del Sol for a Beach (possibly Cenote) TTD. You should definitely check them out. Like a couple other ladies pointed out, Matt has somewhat of a relationship with MP, which will really help you bring an outside vendor in! I can't tell you how EXCITED I am to have these amazing people shoot one of the best days of my life, and to know I won't have to stress about bringing them onsite. We are doing ours on April 10th!! Well...thats if the weather is nice enough. It tends to rain A LOT around here until about June. We might also push it back if that happens...and I'm thinking I would like some extra time to lose a little more weight...I am having the HARDEST time trying to figure out what to wear! Just keep reminding yourself how BEAUTIFUL your teeth will be once the braces come off! I totally changes a person's looks! Yay! Ladies make sure you post your E-pics! We all want to see them!
