  1. i am ALL for them...............wish i could take them.....right now on the market is a pill called Oxi Elite PRO............everyone at the gym loves it and sees results...... Im medicine sensitive and cant take ANY diet pills, wish i could I dont think a little assistance is forbidden....... I have several friends taking the Oxi Elite Pro right now..........and LOVE it........so i would be comfortable sayin its a good product. My FI is taking it too....
  2. So weird, why am I the lightest when I wake up in morning......and an hour after I am awake, the scale goes up 1 pound and by the end of the day I am up 3 pounds........ This is pretty much everyday.......... Just wondering if there is a real explaination...... Like for example...........not to be too graphic.......I woke up weighed myself........15min later had coffee and went to "the bathroom.."" and still weighed a pound more..........LOL..........shouldnt I weight less after THAT LOL
  3. I am a hard core Steelers Fan...... And our team gave us a great season..............We have made 8 trips to the Super bowl and only lost 2x now........ We still have the most Super Bowl rings than any team out there. I guess once in awhile we Gotta let the OTHERS win one, we cant always be HOGS.......LOL Still Luv my Steelers

  6. My Knees are killing me!!!! OK< girls you know i work out ALOT, but crap.........now my knees are killing me......even when I am not exercising.........i think its all the running I have done, I have NEVER been a runner, so maybe that is it....... I have ordered new shoes........the Reebox ZIG shoe......we will see if that works........ I now alternate between treadmill, stairmaster and elliptical... Any other suggestions??? I am suffering.......urggggggggg..i could go so much longer if my knees didnt hurt.....

OK kiwi if you only have 8 weeks I would step up the process........i believe you are going to have to start exercising atleast 5 times a week.......if you dont have time you can do it at home too. there are a few girls on here that do Julian Michael's 30 day Shred, which only takes 20 min. of your time daily........and you can do that!!! You can get that if you have comcast cable on demand. or buy it at Target or Walmart for 9 bucks.......Some of the other girls do other DVD's too, i am sure they will let you know what they are... And you must stop PICKING............you can pick,........but substitute with healthy food, since you are a nanny its tough BUT surround yourself with yogurt and almonds, celery, fruits, cheerios and nibble on those things............ if the kids are eating french fries, pull out those cheerios and eat those instead.......or carrots, i hate to say carrots cuz not too many ppl like to snack on carrots..... I luv my Sugar Free Jello chocolate Pudding, its only 60 calories and FAT Free i believe and doesnt taste like it at all....... Good luck Keep us updated!!
  8. i have changed my diet........the drink was just an "idea".........LOL it didnt work for me, made me constipated after 3 days........if that makes any sense. I just wanna lose enough weight that my sides and belly dont fold over my bikini.......like they do now!!! Ya know how when you gain weight you constantly had to pull your jeans up over your FAT in your front, that is where i am at right now......i just wanna be comfortable again...... My age at 39 doesnt help either.........LOL Thanks for all the input girls..........i love this forum....
  9. i heated up an 8 oz glass of water, had the tea bag soak for 15 min.......then poured it into a 70 0z container and mixed other ingredients in it for the day.
  10. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm OK, for FAT LOSS it tells me about 1550 cal per day Extreme LOSS is approx 1100 cal per day. I average between those two amounts daily, do i am good....... Like I said i ordered the BodyBugg from 24/7 Fitness and it comes on Wed. cant wait to see how many calories i THINK i burn and how many I actually Burn. Can you give any advice on fat burning foods.......... I am meds sensitive so I dont take anything to boost my metabolism, I am 40 yrs old.....well will be on April 3rd .......so i guess i should hold onto 39 for as long as I can........LOL So many of my friends take crazy stuff like ADIPEX, a diet drug....and other crazy diet drugs, i cant do it cuz my anxiety will go thru the roof... Maybe my choice of foods that accumulate to those calories are wrong choices.........Hmmmm?? I have oatmeal in morning with a tbs of honey and fruit and a hard boiled egg, white only........or some multigrain cheerios with fruit and milk. Lunch is usually a chix salad with some cukes and red peppers and a Subway Turkey on Wheat with Veggies Dinner is well you never know.........i have twin boys who are 15 years old and can EAT and EAT and EAT....and SKINNYYYYYY.,,,, so i will usally make them something and i luv Mahi fish and Ahi Tuna and lots of veggies....CHICKEN a fav of course!! I like having cereal for a snack of sugar free pudding....... Also after the gym I drink a 30Gprotein drink that is only 1g of sugar and 1g of fat to help restore my muscle after workouts OH and 160 calories. Anyone else drink anything after their workouts??

Diamond girl I am so proud of you.......that is fantastic news, and certainly enough to keep you going..i think if you see rewards from all your hard work you are def. more willing to stick to it.........way to go!!! Keep it up.......and dont be so hard on yourself about the cake, we are all human on here and you cant deprive yourself of everything all the time.....u will have those moments, it is part of life.......people will have cake from time to time......i tend to think its the AMOUNT of cake you ate and if you didnt make a complete PIG of yourself its OK>>>>>>>>>>>lol... 4 pounds in 5 days...........you cant complain....NICE
  12. I had tried weight watchers in the past.... And it did work..... But now I am consumed with counting calories, and I know you cant that on weight watchers......atleast that is not the basis anyway. Well I last another pound, making it 4 pounds in a month........so i guess gradually i am getting there,,,,,,.....i guess i will just have to work super hard. I just cant do the crash diets......if i cut out carbs i would die........LOL But.................I did really like weight watchers when I went that route too.......

Thanks girls, today i hope is a better day.; i dont have tooo much stress, my job and homelife are pretty stable........no worries there really i am just a stressful person to begin with.........ii stress over the weather..............LOL So anywayz, i decided to make a purchase. last nite I bought the Body Bugg, the one they use of the biggest loser........ its a lil pricey but I will know calories in and calories out...... i bought the Body Bugg SP which links to your smartphone and I can see exactly what my body is doing...... Steps i have taken calories burned.......i am so excited.........maybe i am not burning as many calories as i think It certainly couldnt HURT...... it says you should be at a 500 calorie deficit daily.......so now i will be able to do that......... OH, you will also be able to see a daily chart on how much you burn all day long........one girl said she burns one calorie a minute in her sleep./..seems like a lot huh??? I guess its that "breathing" thing we all do......LOL thanks everyone for all your comments, it means alot to me..........i come on here everyday and check in... I will be letting you know how well the BUGG works.........i cant waait............
  14. Thanks girls so much for the words of encouragement...... Today I just cried and cried......... I went to the gym and RAN my butt off for 45 min on treadmill, worked off 400 calories, then did biceps, triceps and always abs...... Then came home and did Julians 30 day Shred..... I did start measuring myself today in inches and next wed. we will see if i dropped anything. I will eat between 1200 to 1500 calories, I am only 135 pounds, so i dont think i need more than that........atleast i dont think so.....but apparently what i know isnt working...geez!! I do have an awesome support system my FI goes to gym with me and friends too. Even today after he saw me crying said..." i have to admit i thought you would have lost more than 3 pounds in a month the way you have been exercising"............I have never joined a gym and never exercised like this is my life......so i thought for sure my body would react........???????????????????? I wonder how many calories my body needs on a daily basis just to function?? Only way i can truly find this out is to buy one of those super expensive Body Buggs and you have to subsribe to an online service with a monthly few to see what your body is doing.. I have done that research online too and too many contradicting information out there...everyone says not to eat less than 1200 calories and i dont, but soooo many woman on here starve themselves and that works for them..... Urrghh, I am so lost and angry!!! Thanks for listening all . xoxoxoxoxoxxoxoo I hope to have a better outlook soon, wish I could afford a nutritionist or the Body BuGG to help me Its terrible to work so hard at something and have such dedication to get nothing in return.......................
  15. I am always afraid to eat almonds because they are so high in calories. I am still going strong but its been a month now and only 3 pounds..........urggghhh........at this rate I will only lose like 10 pounds before the wedding................doesnt seem worth it.........(may 5) sorry having one of those days, I am not a patient person!!! i worked my ASS so hard the other day, literally......that it hurts to sit............LUNGES!!! I asked for an ASS workout and I got one, but when i work so hard its tough to go back the next day, another body part of course but the treadmill is super tough!!! Ya know one thing I am doing that i just figured out my not be so good for me............I have been eating frozen lunches and dinners...DUH.......even tho they are only 280 calories the main ingredient is ENRICHED FLOUR...........Any ideas on that ladies?? LETS JUST KEEP MOVING, KEEP MOVING, KEEP MOVING..............OFF EAT OATMEAL AND OFF TO THE GYM!!!

I did weight watchers last year and it really worked for me as long as i stuck to my points.......i decided to go a different route this time, but if this doesnt work I wanna go back to weight watchers, but im kinda confused by the new points plus system....i was used to the old system....it seems the just put a spin on it......on the old one I was allowed 19 points, but now on the points plus i am allowed 29 points........and now the foods that used to be 1 point are now 2 points.........so not sure how confusing it is......that is why i opted the old fashion way this time.......... But like i said last time it really worked for me......i just didnt feel like spending money all over again for all the new info. Let us know how it is going for you............keep up the good work.....Just think it will all be worth it........i drive past like say........Wendy's fast food now and i think.......Oh hell NO...i didnt spend 1.5 hours at the gym to waste it on french fries.........so I am trying to reprogram my brain......it seems to be working.....
