We decided to avoid the blood tests in another country (just in case one of us gets sick) and are having our legal wedding here in Canada with my fiance's Grandmother who will not be able to travel with us. She will be only witness, so no one else will complain that we were married here and they didn't get to see it.

  9. ok so 40, 40 & 35 = 115 that is perfect. I can take the extras. I have emailed the company to make sure they are the biodegradable ones. I am assuming since they ship from Vancouver as well there shouldn't be any duty.
  10. On www.theskylantern.com they have case lots of lanterns. I will need about 40 but for the cheapest price they come in 120 pieces. Are any Alberta brides thinking they would like to go in on these. It would save shipping and lower the cost of the lanterns. With shipping costs it ends up at just over $2 a lantern. Just for reference if I order just 40, the price with shipping comes out to $2.66 per lantern. Let me know ladies. My wedding is Dec 3rd so I will ordering in October.
  11. Bath and Body works has a new scent called charmed life. It has a Diamond ring on one bottle which I thought was perfect and the sample size is $1.00 I bought them to include in our bags.

  16. Just an FYI, you get a bonfire at Las Caletas... You may have already known that but just in case. I was quotes $400 for the bonfire, but all that changes on a daily basis it seems.
  17. Hi ladies, I bought pocket hand sanitizer today at Bath & Body Works for 50 cents a piece. I also got 2 oz lotions for $1.
  18. My guests (70 and counting) are also staying at Dreams. They are the best bang for your buck for the higher end resort in PV. Food is top notch and it has a private beach. They were voted #1 in PV. Hope that helps.
