Hello , yes you can not do fire show ( fire dancers) inside! It is forbidden and anyway the smell of gasoline will be too much.... for example I have a group that are fire dancers but also amazing drummers..so this will be a great option...so in case it will be raining you still can enjoy the drums show..also...I have people who dance with instead of fire balls , with fluorescent ball...which is pretty cool as well!!!

Hello ,well Playa del Carmen ,for example has a huge numbers of bars, restaurants and nights clubs all walking distance, so you once that you arrive on the 5th avenue ( the main street) you will have all the great places there....ENJOY!!!! I am a wedding planner in the Riviera Maya since 2005 ...I work with an amazing group of Mariachi , professional , always on time , dressed well and main important ....never drunk....But of course they dont have email or web site In general I rather dont suggest you to contact these kinds of musicians directly...It will be a waist of time. I can trust my group but I go book them directly to their house.. About the price my group is not maybe the cheapeast one but...as I said before I can trust them!! Which is a very important thing in Mexico ...(talking as professional) ...anyway their prices are the following: Trio-3 elements- ( 45 minutes session) is USD 350 Mariachi band (8-10 elements) 45 minutes session is USD 520 Hope this is help !!!! Hello ladies, as indipendent wedding planner I highly reccomend a pre visit here in the Riviera Maya to have an idea of what is real and what not!! I am so glad when all my brides to be come before the wedding, for me it is much easier organize the job and I can show them all the wedding locations I can offer them and they can realize the difference beetwen prices and locations, also they can realize who is professional and who is not.... Personally , I tried a lot of djs here in the Riviera Maya , and I know ...I am very picky but the result is that I had to selected personally my own djs..It was a hard job..but it works!!!

The problem is not buying the flowers outside , it's that they dont let enter the suppliers to set up arch , columns or simply deliver the bouquet.... Good luck!

Hello to everyone , I am an Indipendent wedding planner working in the Riviera Maya in the past 5 years. I am pretty new on this forum, and for this I thank Sol and Matt who suggest me this amazing forum!!! As I said , I am an indipendent wedding planner, indipendent because we select personally every wedding location, we work in amazing places such as private villas, haciendas , beach club but we dont work in all inclusive hotels where weddings are just number ...it is not our style, and I know for sure that prices in hotel are not so cheap either...so i was wondering how couples decide for an all inclusive weddings versus a tailor made wedding....can you help me understand??'Thanks!!!

Why dont you consider also an indipendent wedding planner as us who can make a TAILOR MADE dream come true...

All inclusive hotels dont allow external vendors , they dont hear money from external vendors...so basically they restricted your choice a little bit

To be sincere....I never saw a good photographer who work inside all inclusive hotels....All inclusive hotels pay very few to the people who work there..so dont expect a high level photographer!! Good Luck!!

Besides the mayan wedding ceremony which is the most traditional local culture ceremony...I highly reccomend the Cosmic ceremony ( it's my favourite!!!) the fusion of the 4 directions and 4 earth elements...so touching!!!
