Chong - I agree they are still expensive but I think people will appreciate them and they are really the only big item going into the bags. Everything else is pretty inexpensive. Â So I bought all these luggage tags to send out to people before the trip. However, now I am looking at the cost to mail them to everyone and I'm wondering whether its worth it to mail them out or just put them in the OOT bags. Â So glad to see so many of you are so orgainized. I have so many more things to do.

Wow, how can their son's wedding not be their thing. I'm really sorry to hear that. Sadly, you are not alone, there are a number of others on the forum who have or are experiencing the same thing. I would try to focus on the positive - all the wonderful family and friends who are attending your wedding. Hopefully your FI's parents will change their mind before the wedding.

Michele thats a great idea! And congrats on getting your bubba kegs so cheap. We got the automotive style too so they can use them after the wedding. Is it crazy how excited mugs make me, lol. Â For those of you discussing whether to do your legal wedding before or after, we are going to do it before. Our wedding date is 10-28-10. I was never really considering the 10-10-10 wedding because its a Sunday and all the packages to Cabo from Toronto are for travel Saturday to Saturday. However, we figured why not do our legal on that day. My mom is an officiant so its no problem having her officite our legal wedding on a Sunday. We are keeping the legal part a secret and will have a "fake" marriage certificate to sign in Mexico so no one asks us why we didn't have to sign anything.

Sorry I have no info on the Royal. I am getting married at Dreams Los Cabos and cannot wait. I have not yet read a bad review of it and I have seen some gorgeous weddings there. I am sure you will find tons of reviews on both resorts on this site. I would review them and decide based on which one most meets what you ae looking for. Some of the things that swayed me to Dreams Los Cabos were the following in random order: 1. I absolutely loved the look of the gazebo and that was super important to me; 2. Los Cabos gets very little rainfall; 3. the menu options - we are doing steak and lobster for our wedding: 4. the fact that it was a resort that would appeal to both adults and families as we have some families coming; 5. the look of the resort and the rooms; 6. all the gorgeous photos I had seen and positive reviews. Good luck with your choice.

So I got my mugs for the OOT bags last night and I am super excited. FI really wanted to use Bubba Kegs. Problem was with 55 confirmed guests, I didn't want to spend the money for bubba kegs when we could get mugs so much cheaper from Discount Mugs. Anyway, we had been to Rona (like Home Depot for the Americans) and they were clearing out their Bubba Kegs. They had them on for $4.99 each and the cheapest we'd found them otherwise was almost $7 from a wholesaler. So yesterday night we went back to get them. It was almost 10 pm and the store was empty. They had exactly 50 in the store so I bought them all. Well some of them were pretty dusty so when we got up to the cash I figured I'd ask if I could get a discount. So the cashier calls 2 different people to ask if they can authorize a discount. So the first calls back and says can sell them for $4.00 each so I am thinking amazing, just saved $50. Then the other manager calls back and says she can give us 10% off. So she gave us BOTH discounts and the mugs worked out to be $3.60 ($4.06 each all taxes in). Score!
