One thing she bought up several times was, were just finalized our trips and the TA has to send us our travel details in the next few days. Mark and i are leaving 2 days before everyone else so FMIL is coming to stay with the kids and she needs to know "NOW" if we're leaving early morning or afternoon so she can be here for the kids and she won't come the night before if she isn't needed. We're 3 months away from leaving and we'll get those details, besides our kids are 15 and 20 they can manage a morning on their own. I just kept pouring my glass full of wine and smiling away. Meyer2010 I have been to frankenmuth 7 times and have never visited the Xmas store!!! Shameful!!!! I do love the outlet mall, the Guess store was my fave this year, I bought FI's daughter a Guess bag and flipflops, my son a few things and FI. Don't ask me how I checked the receipt when I left the store and I wasn't charged for the $106.00 bag or the flipflops which were about $30. She is getting the bag for xmas, i gave her the flipflops for her bday in July. So love "GUESS"!!!! And Girls!!!! Don't be fighten with ya boy!!!! We have only 3 months to go here. Take Care.... Oh SusieQ!! What a good FDIL you are! You kept your emotions to yourself!!! Wow, bravo!!! Oh wow.... The Guess store! I love that store along with GAP, Columbia, Ann Taylor, & Eddie Bauer. Nice job on the outlet shopping.. hee-hee! Next time you'll have to hit Bronner's.... It's so BIG!!! Good Night girls... ~ China Girl

I do go to Michican every year for ball with my son, we have a tournment in Frankenmuth.... I love Birch Run!!!!!!! I really love the gals in this group, really down-to-earth and fun. Have a great day chickies Ohhhhh... Birch Run! What a great place, usually every year when the boys were hunting the girls would make an overnight trip to Frankenmuth to shop at Bronner's - World's Largest Christmas Store & Birch Run - Huge outlet mall. What good times and great shopping we had!!! ~ Erica

LMAO btw- just to update you girls... the FI has signed his passport application and I am popping it in the mail today! So need to snub me. I also got in touch with Ana last night and have started the process on our invitations. YAY Great job girl! Now give us the tracking number so we know you actually mailed it!!! Just Kidding! LOL vdaybride... hang in there! We've all been there! I agree with FutureMsMoulton...Make a prioritized list. Hang it on your fridge so your FI can see it too! When my FI asked me why I was so stressed out a few months ago, I made a list of all the things that needed to be done. Then I took about 4 of those things and signed them over to him (ex: GM clothes, DJ, friends that need to rsvp yet, GM gifts). He has 3 out of the 4 done now! I still have like 25 to do but I'm taking baby steps and my family in Michigan is really helping out too (I live in China). It all takes time! You can't get everything done in a week. Just pace yourself and know that things will fall in place and maybe reward yourself with a glass of wine when each task gets completed! ~ Erica

I am giving it another week and then I am going to speak up... When I get to the point that I have to speak up, let's just say, it won't be pretty. Good luck in your planning. LMAO!!!! SusieQ... you are too sweet, I can't possibly imagine a bad side of you!! My FI still hasn't had his clothes made, I'm not sure what he is waiting for!!! I had some sarongs made at the tailors last week and he barely looked at the Linen material for his suit! Hmmm... how do I get him motivated!?!? Oh dear! I love this FEBRUARY BRIDES group... 6. I'm sorry, but I think it's rude for your friend to interfere with your wedding plans. If they have been married for 10 years they should know better! If they want to renew their vows let them make their own plans. I would be so disappointed if one of my friends did this, it would be hard for me to tell them NO though. This is a tough question! Good Luck! ~ Erica

But, since we use them alot I'm guessing that is how I got such a great deal - but we did have to buy 200 of them! We plan on using some at our AHR too! I would suggest going to these places: Collapsible Koozie in koozie (Item No. 356 from only 59¢ ready to be imprinted by 4imprint Promotional Products (200 min) Collapsible Koozies, Custom Printed beer koozy, can coolers, Personalized koozy (100 min) Collapsible Pocket Koozies | major event koozies. We have about 4 single people in rooms, one of them being my 21 year old sister. I don't want people knowing they are staying alone. I heard the idea from another bride on here. We know our resort is safe but we don't want to take any chances. Another thing we were told is it isn't a good idea to single out the bride/groom too. Because people think that the bride/groom will have lots of money and wedding gifts in their room. It's also a good idea to have a lock to lock your valuables in your suitcase when you aren't in your room! ~ Erica
  15. I just finished my 2nd DIY Project! I bought rhinestone iron on's off of ebay and bought the tanks on old navy's website (end of summer sale). The tanks were $3.50 each Rhinestones were $2.50 each Grand Total for project = $42.00!!! They were so easy to do and I'm very happy they turned out so nice! ~ Erica
  16. Hello Kiwibride! Just keep your bags simple and you won't go overboard! I planned on making about 40 of the OOT bags but realized that each couple just needed 1. You can double up the items you put in there and start making a list of what you want to include. This is what I am including: Hand sanitizer Sunscreen Can coozies Tissues/wetwipes Luggage tags Stadium cups Bead Necklaces Visors Sarongs Inflatable beach balls w/beachsafe container Foam door hangers Maracas w/tags Tip/keycard holders with coiled bracelets Ibuprofen/Tum's/Band-aid's Good Luck! ~ Erica
  17. Hi, I'm waiting for my WC at my resort to tell me if they have fushcia or not. I"m waiting for her reply email. I'll let you know, if you get a buyer before that then go for it! Thanks! ~ Erica

I think they will look nice in a vase in our powder room after we come home as well. I figure I can use the real flower bouqet for my tosser, so my bouquet doesn't get ruined. They recommended I just throw them in my suitcase since all you have to do to them is fluff and go...or we can throw them in our dress bags which are going into the plane's closet carry on. Love your flowers! I am having the green cymbidium Orchids in my bouquet too! I agree with the wilting too, I want flowers that will always look fresh and fool everyone to thinking they are real! Nice job! ~ Erica
  19. I'm interested in the sashes if for some reason things don't work out with the other bride. Thanks! ~ Erica

  22. Thanks for the feedback girls. I think I might create more with Spanish phrases.. like "Ay Carumba"! This has been a fun project!!! ~ Erica
  23. Hello SuperKate! Yes, I am using them as well. Things have been very smooth for me! My TA emails me all the time giving me updates and is very helpful. I know some brides have used this company and haven't had good luck. I think it all depends on what TA you get. Good Luck! ~ Erica
