Welcome! you came to the right place for all the information you need I am also getting married in Playa on 11.12.10 at The Royal. We are going on our site visit next month. I plan to post a big long review full of pictures. We will be checking out the chapel down there Senora La Nuestra that is right on 5th avenue in playa. We actually plan to marry in the Gazebo at the resort but we are going to check out the chapel to and than decide. Also if you want some advice on the Playa wedding planners and locations other than the resorts send me your e-mail through a personal message and I give you my experience. WOW!! I really cannot believe that people would get away with this either. I am so sorry you had to go through this. Def call your bank. They keep your bank statements for 7 months so you will be able to see the charge on there. Once you get it call PayPal. I did this before and PayPal was very helpful but I did have to fax them over the statement. I just whited information that I did not want them to see. I also faxed over a letter from the manager at my bank. Let us know what happens. She will get whats coming to her, karma can be a you know what.

Well you still have to choose one of the packages. Than you just get to pick diffrent upgrades which I already knew about. The Ultimate comes with bride hair, make up, pedi and mani but I am not going to be using any of these. I am not going to be using the photography either. I wish there was a way to do an exchange for diffrent services instead of those oh well
