    I also emailed her to move back the wedding time from 500 to 430 and she also said no because another wedding was booked at 330. She said if they cancelled we could move the time up. I too am worried about running out of time.

    I've heard absolute horror stories about trying to ship anything to the resorts in advance...that is one of your only questions I know the answer too. I'm planning a June 2010 Dreams Tulum wedding. congrats and welcome to the forum.

    I was just wondering if anyone had any information on the ballrooms...I haven't read of anyone having a reception in one...trying to see what my options are for decorations, etc. I'm too nervous to have an outdoor reception...due to wind etc. Maybe I should throw caution to the wind and do it on the beach.

    Congrats and welcome...AI is great for the guests I've discovered and most AI resorts have some sort of fairly reasonably priced wedding package...but it's really up to you and your own personal preference.

    Welcome to the forum...I recently chose Dreams Tulum Mexico for my wedding...they are very family friendly, but a beautiful resort. There are plenty of wonderful places out there...just relax...it will all come together.

    Sorry to post again but I'm curious how exactly did you request the set up for the welcome. It sounds absolutely fantastic--I especially love paella. And not to be nosy...what exactly was the price range for this dinner.

It osunds like the best wedding ever...not too sound too cheesy or anything. I hope mine turns out just as wonderful...planning for June 2010 at Dreams Tulum.
