A change in plans is always stressful, but I am sure you will still have a beautiful wedding. Just focus on the pros of a home wedding...I know there have been times when I wanted to reconsider. There are pros and cons to both.

Good idea!! I think the makeup is really the most important part. I normally wear my hair straight anyway, so maybe I will just go with my normal look. I even put an ad out on Craig's List, which may be kind of sketchy...but you never know! Maybe I will find someone good!

So, I had a boudoir shoot scheduled for a few weeks ago, and I had to cancel it! Luckily, my photographer was nice enough to reschedule for me. However, she only has a couple mini-shoots left and they are both early (9:30) am. I wanted to get my hair and makeup professionally done, but I am not sure where I can get it done that early! I was just wondering if any of you did your own hair/makeup. I am sure it would be ok, but I really want my photos to pop! Thanks girls!

I personally like the Nuvaring, though I did go through a period of slight crazy when I started it. I feel much more normal now, though. It is nice to not have to think about it too much.

Ooooh, that would be great if you were able to move it to an off-site location and get more! At this point in my planning, I don't know if it would be an option for me....but what a great idea! Argh, so many things you learn as you go through this!

Those are great! I really want to do something like that, but now I feel like I might have too many guests. But what an awesome idea!

Our travel agent has really helped us. First, she helped us narrow down locations. Since she had been to most of the resorts herself, or knew someone that had, it was great to get that inside scoop. I knew she was giving us her honest opinion! Also, it is nice to have one person handling everyone's arrangments and help them plan a trip specific to their needs. She has also been a great resource as far as helping me getting in touch with WC at the resort, etc. I really can't imagine what I would do without her. We went with someone a friend used....but she lives a couple hours away, so we did everything by phone and e-mail, which was also really convenient!
