    From personal experience, I know the internet goes down from time to time, so if you want to ensure your message is rec'd phoning is a good alternative. Having said that, even with internet interruptions, it rarely takes more than a day or two to get back up and working........your call. Sounds to me like they may not have rec'd your emails. We've learned to use a back-up for the back-up here - relating to pretty much everything.......it's the good ole DR - hhaha

    Hi Yanettg - Outback Safari does lots of trips in our area, and the clients seem to be having lots of fun. There's also another tour company, called 4T, that have rave reviews from their clients at: Tours Trips Treks & Travel 's Testimonials of Edcuational, Adventure and Community Service Programs in the Dominican Republic. They'd be worth checking out too......happy planning. It's fun when there are so many great choices to pick from......all the best!

    I concur - haven't had any trouble bringing electronics into the DR for personal use. Also, if you ever run into a challenge at the airport customs, it's amazing how $20 can make almost any concerns evaporate....
